Stayed May 15, 2026It was hard to know what to expect from the pictures. More pictures in a better description of the layout would be helpful. Two bedrooms and two bathroom bathrooms upstairs while a half bath, kitchen, living and dining room are on the main floor. There’s also a laundry room . The bathrooms were pretty outdated as well as the kitchen. The microwave made a very loud noise when being used and the kitchen sink backed up when running the dishwasher. Perhaps other units are more updated.Our unit was number 13 and it was quite difficult for my mother-in-law, who uses a walker, to get from the parking area to the villa. The stairs to the villa were extremely slippery so a longer walk down a sidewalk was the only option. Not sure if we should have mentioned us needing easier access when booking or checking in.We got in late and found it very difficult to locate our villa due to poor lighting. Larry, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and answered all questions we had. It is a beautiful location and we enjoyed watching the golfers on hole 2.

Stayed Sep 24, 2025The townhouse was roomy enough for 4 adults. But it was VERY dated from furnishings to property itself. The pots & pans were very limited and not clean. We've stayed at several VRBOs and this one did not have any supplies to include paper towels or salt & pepper...we weren't prepared for that...very disappointing!
