Step inside and you’ll immediately feel at home in the cozy, open-concept living area. The living room features plenty of plush seating, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach or the courts. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the bright and sunny dining nook provides a cheerful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. For students and remote workers, the home offers plenty of flexibility. You can set up comfortably at the dining room table or breakfast bar and take advantage of the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.



The thoughtfully designed split-bedroom floor plan provides privacy and separation, making the home especially comfortable for two couples, families, or longer stays. The primary suite features a king-size bed, a custom walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom, creating a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and has a full bathroom conveniently located directly across the hall.



The real star of this vacation home, however, is the spectacular backyard! Recently renovated with a private, heated pool and spa, expansive sunning decks, and a covered lounge area with a TV, this home has everything you need to enjoy the Florida weather. Lush landscaping creates plenty of privacy and serenity, and a bug-misting system helps you stay uninterrupted by pesky bugs. A Bose surround sound system is ready to play favorite songs both inside and out.



Whether you’re visiting Bradenton for a Gulf Coast beach getaway, an IMG Academy stay, a family vacation, or an extended work trip, this home provides everything you need for a comfortable and memorable Florida escape!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the backyard and patio space for relaxing and outdoor activities. Parking is located in the driveway; guests do not have access to the garage.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Bradenton and making the most of your stay. This home is conveniently located near IMG Academy, with easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and some of the area’s most beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Anna Maria Island is just a short drive away, while downtown Bradenton and Sarasota are also within easy reach. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available throughout the area, making it easy to get around without a car when needed.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for an additional fee. A 48-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

This vacation home is in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by not making excessive noise or engaging in boisterous behavior, especially after 11pm.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Do not leave children unattended near the pool or spa.

You will have the home completely to yourself, but our management team is available 24/7 in case of emergency.
