The Space:

This cozy first-floor home gives you the space and privacy to settle in and feel at home. The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a serene outdoor area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day exploring St. Louis.



The kitchen includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare a quick breakfast or a full meal. You'll also have high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and in-unit laundry for a comfortable stay.



One bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests.

GUEST VETTING

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.



PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to moderate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.



The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $79 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.



HOUSE RULES

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old

✔ Pets are not permitted on the property

✔ No smoking inside the home

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation

✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party

✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
