Cozy 2-bedroom, 1 bath retreat with all the extras! Fully fenced, pet friendly!

Great house for our weekend stay. Had full amenities plus little extras if you forget things. Easy access for compact vehicles

Everything was substantial. Beds were just okay. Traffic noise was loud.

We were so happy with this place. It is new and clean and beautiful. They have thought of everything. The street noise can be a little loud but the windows are very helpful for that. Communication with owner was very easy and helpful. We recommended it to our family in Boise for their future visitors.

Wonderful property in a convenient location for seeing Boise and the surrounding areas. Cute home that has been completely updated. There is a nice table and chairs on the outside patio. All the amenities to make for a lovely stay.

We liked this house. We stayed here for a week to discover Boise and surroundings.

It was good, house is very nice and clean was in town for my son's graduation location was perfect.

Lots of thoughtful extras- we were grateful for the lotion, laundry detergent, baby shampoo, tape, scissors, ziploc bags, flexible ice packs in the freezer... so many helpful things that were unexpected! We were able to cook a few meals during our stay, do a few loads of much needed laundry, and even pack a picnic lunch because of the ice packs. And the beds were super comfy. :) In our view, the only 2 cons were that: 1. the location was noisy (near a very busy intersection!) and the humming of constant traffic wasnt ideal for us. And 2. that there were very few soft places to stand (I wish this rental had fatigue mats in the kitchen, and/or soft rugs or carpet in the bedrooms!).

I stayed with my mother and dogs here so that we could visit some cousins. The house is super cute. They did an amazing job on it. The yard is very nice. It’s off of a busy street and the parking is a little odd but it’s close to Costco restaurants and Petsmart so super convenient for us. The hosts are very nice and very helpful.

Overall really great home inside. Backyard wasnt kid friendly but the home was great.

A nice place. I assumed “3 bed” meant 3 bedrooms, but it’s really 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. The parking was a bit of a challenge but we were in a Camaro, small car made it easy. A suburban would be a real challenge. Overall very comfortable.

Nice, updated place. Great host, nice updated place with a full kitchen. I especially liked the fenced yard and that they allowed a dog. My only dislikes was that the place is on the corner of 2 relatively busy roads and the access/parking for the place was not wonderful. It is weird to drive past the owners place on a narrow driveway and parking is very limited on a dead end hill.

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s a new property, very clean, AC works great. Backyard has a hammock and a grill, both were nice to have. The host was responsive and helpful, would stay here again.

Tony and I had a fantastic time at this property with our family. The house and surrounding property was incredibly clean and very well accompanied. The yard was secure for our two Rottweilers, Cain and Abel. I loved the yard. We spent a majority of our time out in the back yard, it was the perfect gathering place for our family. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Came to boise with kids to go to the zoo and visit friends. This property was perfect for our kids to recover from a busy day.

Home is very clean and well maintained. Full size washer and dryer with all supplies were great. Nice and private, and perfect for my small dog. Driveway was a little tricky to maneuver, but with smaller car, not too bad. Would definitely return!

Such a fantastic home in a convenient location. Very spacious and clean/organized. Kids room provided toys and entertainment. Grocery stores were just a little ways up the road and close to all local attractions/malls. Jason was amazing to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The location was central to everything we had planned during our stay. The house was equipped with all the necessities and then some. There is road noise, but it honestly turns into white noise once your head hits the pillow. The host was super responsive to all my questions.10 out 10 all around. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we are back to visit family.

Cute little house great for a family of four, newly renovated and in great shape

This place was perfect! They had everything you could possibly need. A comfortable bed is important to me - I was worried as I ended up with the twin bed. I was pleasantly surprised by the mattress and slept very well. The location is close to the airport and was a quick drive downtown. I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It was very well stocked, clean and cozy. We would have loved to stay longer. It had a nice back yard and plenty of room.
