The home features 2 bedroomsand 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, banquette seating in the dining area that doubles as additional storage, a laundry room with full sized front load washer and dryer and a comfortable living space with a large sectional and Roku TV. The Master Bedroom includes a Queen sized bed, walk in closet, Roku TV, desk and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A sliding door off the Master provides access to the private, fenced in backyard with patio seating, a Weber propane grill, and a Trex deck; the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax with dinner and drinks after a long day at the beach! The second bedroom features a twin over double bunk as well as an additional twin bed and Roku TV. The second full bathroom also has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have dispensers which include Dove shampoo, Dove conditioner and Olay body wash. In addition to central A/C, ceiling fans are located in the kitchen, living space, and both bedrooms. Off street parking in the driveway will accommodate 2 standard sized vehicles.
