Cozy 2 BDR Home Near Colorado State fairgrounds.

A good job has been done making this older home a pleasant place to stay. We enjoyed our three nights here.

It was just a nice clean house and owner was very pleasant

Loved the sofa and massaging recliner, washer and dryer worked great, and that our dog was welcome! Also enjoyed the Christmas tree and the workout equipment.

Great little house in great location

Host was very responsive. House was comfortable and homey. Host even had a Christmas tree in living room that made it feel even more welcoming. Beds were very comfortable.

House didn't look like the picture. Supposed to have a fenced yard and was told a few days before my arrival it would not be available (one of the main reasons I picked it). There wasn't any number on the house so it was a little difficult to find. Couldn't adjust the heat.The house itself was fine.

Very clean and comfortable, stocked with all the essentials. Slept well, enjoyed the stay.

We unfortunately only stayed one night but Monique was an exceptional host. The property was exactly as it was listed! Very clean and she was prompt with any needs we had.

Quaint property built in the early 1900's. Clean and cute. Loved the exercise room in the basement. Enjoyed sitting on the patio with my morning coffee.

As long as you are expecting an older house it is well furnished and comfortable. It fit our needs perfectly and the host was accommodating. The kitchen was not highly stocked and we provided our own coffee filters and bath soap, but furnishings are very nice.

The kitchen was understocked (eg, no paper towels, no cutting knives, etc) and the house smelled like cigarette smoke.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this charming older home in Bessemer! It has a wonderful, traditional feel that's very representative of homes built in the neighborhood from the 1900s to the 1930s. Its location is fantastic – close to everything on the South Side of Pueblo. Both rooms have dedicated window AC units, and the one I used did a good job of keeping my room perfectly cool, even though it was a bit loud. The kitchen was also a big plus. I also appreciated having access to the basement with available exercise equipment. Just be aware this isn't a modern build, but that's part of its unique charm!
