Cozy 1930's cottage WALKING distance to Old Town Tomball

Just as described: country cottage, centrally located, & clean. Excellent communication as well. Everything we needed for our brief stay. Will stay again.

The steps on the back porch of the kitchen leading into the gated yard are very dangerous. They’re 1 inch then 4 inches then 1 inch we almost fell several times and there was no light on the porch so we had to use flashlights to take our dogs out other than that the property was absolutely gorgeous. The bed is comfortable, cutely decorated nicely stocked 10 out of 10/6 about porch steps so please the hummingbirds in the bush outside were really fun to watch.

Great stay at the cozy cottage. Was in town for the Renaissance Fair, not a bad drive from there. Tons of shopping and dining options in town nearby. Food trailer court about a five minute walk away. The cottage itself was very nice, had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again.

Great little getaway with a cozy cottage feel. I loved the coffee bar and ample supply of pillows and blankets for the chilly nights. The property is shared with a few other detached residences and faces a busy street, so it gets noisy at times. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Truly a little eclectic gem. The little house was actually quite spacious. The farmhouse decorations were absolutely adorable. My fur babies loved the doggy door.

This was a great place t stay, it is an old farm house . Very cute designs in it. Love the decor, easy to get to places, it is about 3 blocks from Old tom ball downtown, lots of food restaurants, lots of antique shops, lots of regular shops. Very convenient. it was a little difficult to find had to drive around the block a couple times before realizing it is in the middle of some businesses, it is right next to a store for autistic hand made items, very humbling,parking for at least 2 cars, we backed in made it easier to get out of and on to a very busy road, road noise was a little loud on a Thursday night early Friday work day I assume, Saturday it was a lot quieter. Other than the busy noisy street the only other downfall I had was we were there for a funeral and had 3 people and it only had one thing to hang clothes on in one room, I suggested that they add some hooks on doors or on the walls to hang clothing . Maybe they will add some . Other than that it is wonderful, oh we had a dog and it has 2 enclosed yards to allow your animals out with out worrying about them. Oh and they offered plenty of toiletries, a very nice addition because we traveled all the way from south Florida in 2 days and were ready for showers. I would highly recommend this place as well as the host, we plan to come again when the weather is not freezing so we can walk down the road to the old Tomball downtown . I have stayed in this cozy home many times.It’s right in the heart of downtown Tomball, so it’s close to many restaurants, shops, and anything else you may need.

Lovely stay in Tomball. Close proximity to downtown and Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning! Only downside is that the property is on a main road so it can be a little noisy at times depending on traffic. We did not have any issues with it, but it is something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. Kitchen was well stocked and my dog enjoyed the backyard. Owner was great with communication as well!

The cottage was very nice and as expected. Adjacent to many attractions including restaurants, antique shops. Easy to get to and onto 249 for traveling around Houston. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Such a cute little house! We loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with great amenities and the house was cozy. Owner was communicative and check in was easy. The town was adorable with tons of shops. We hope to come back and spend more time next Ren Fest season!

Another perfect visit to Tomball and this home. Host that has thought of everything and the home has so much charm. Large living room big enough for three generations. We will be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The home was roomy and clean and had everything we needed. Was close to everything downtown and would like to come back when we have more time to explore. I would highly recommend this sweet home for an extended stay or just for a couple of days. The backyard was a huge bonus for our small pup!

We came into town for a wedding. This house was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The host was super sweet and easy to communicate with. If we come back to town we would definitely stay at this house again.

Conveniently located on Main St. in downtown Tomball.

We are so happy with our stay! We come to stay in Tomball every year for the Black Friday Renaissance Festival, this is our first year on this property. It was perfect for our visit and will definitely book again. We have our little Thanksgiving dinner after travelling and it felt like we were still home, far away from home. We hope to stay one more day next year, so we can explore the town a little more :)

The place was very clean, nice, and cozy. The owner provided snacks and a bottle of wine. There was plenty of blankets and a pack and play. The only issue is that since it’s on a main road, the traffic outside was loud during the day.

Just as pictured, maybe even nicer. Check in, a cinch, location, easy to find and this town is so pretty. Jennifer, our hostess is excellent in communication.

This place has an amzing location in this charming little town and very close to the renfair. Our host was amazing and the place is cute.

The house was clean, beds very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked if you want to cook. Cute and comfy cottage with plenty of room for family to spread out and hang out. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Pet friendly with a fenced yard. Yes, it is on Main St but from 8p-7a the traffic noise was minimal. Great cooling AC for hot summer days. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

The cottage is larger than expected and equipped with lots of little extras to make the stay comfortable and easy. As mentioned in previous reviews, the noise from the road and nearby businesses is the only minus to this fabulous cottage.
