The condo is very quiet and located on the fourth floor. There is an elevator in each building. Our unit is Building #5 and it is in the front of the development off the Parkway where the gates to the community are located. Easy to find condo and parking spot for renter. It is renter ready. Furniture, bedding dishes, etc are included.
There are 5-6 pools on the property. The landscape is well taken care of and provides plenty of beautiful landscaped areas. There is a golf course,

Stayed Dec 22, 2024My husband and I stayed for over a month while our house was being built. We appreciated the great location close to Paradise Village and a short drive to downtown Phoenix or Scottsdale. It was easy to feel at home as all the right tools and extras were available. We highly recommend this unit.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024This condo is a hidden gem. The place was clean and well stocked with everything that I needed such as towels, kitchen supplies, and dish ware. It is in a great area with several shopping places closely convenient for necessities. The host was also very responsive. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for anyone looking for some place to stay while out in Arizona.
