Cozy 1 bedroom unit near the Fairgrounds

The apartment was advertised accurately. We had plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The apartment was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. Check in process was extremely easy! Parking was great, we had our own driveway to park in. I would definitely stay again.

To sum it all up, I felt like it was home. Didn’t even notice I was renting lol

Great place to stay close to the fairgrounds, had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed as we did a lot of cooking. Comfortable bed, and loveseat in the living room. It was nice to have a washer dryer as well.

Our son needed a place to stay while he completed the fire academy. It was close to the fairgrounds where he needed to be. The host was very responsive to messages.

Like being at home. Just the right size for a couple.

Lovely, quiet place not far from our events

Loved my stay here! clean and efficient, really enjoyed the personal driveway/parking area. Updated home, good climate control, very cozy. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked as described and the wifi was fast enough for what I needed to do. It can support streaming video and video conferencing. If I had to find something to critique (and the owners did ask for anything they could do better) I would say the mattress is not ideal for two people. It is worn in the center to where you both roll toward each other and therefore resulted in a couple days I needed and extra stretch of my back before I went out. Other than that I would say this is an ideal vacation rental for someone focused on efficiency.

Newly updated property, this worked well for us while we were visiting the family. Communication worked well. The initial was a bit confusing but worked out well.

Kelly is just amazing! Very accommodating with check in and just overall just a very sweet person :) The unit very nice. The inside was beautiful and updated and had everything I needed. Loved the keyless entry with lock chain on the inside for extra security. My favorite feature was the privacy. My own drive way and private entrance. There is also motion lighting that comes on at night when I pulled in to help me see at night and get up those stairs safely. That was lovely!! Nice size tv in living room with roku. I do want to mention the closet was a bit small but the unit itself is a bit small. There was no TV in bedroom however don't think there would be room for one in there. Also the neighborhood is kind of run down/old looking however was quiet and chill. no issues and I felt safe! I really enjoyed my stay and will stay again!! Thanks again Kelly
