Welcome to Cowboy Luxe Retreat — a single-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom escape in San Antonio where relaxed Texas charm meets elevated, resort-style living. Designed for groups who want more than just a place to stay, this private retreat accommodates up to 14 guests and delivers an experience designed to be remembered.

Spend your days poolside, unwind at the tiki bar, challenge your group on the sports courts, or keep the energy going in the game room — all without ever leaving the property. Every space has been thoughtfully curated for connection, celebration, and effortless comfort.

Whether you're planning a family getaway, birthday weekend, or holiday gathering, Cowboy Luxe Retreat is designed to bring people together — and make the stay just as memorable as the occasion.



LIVING & DINING

The open-concept living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, offering generous seating for shared meals, conversation, and relaxation. A sunlit solarium provides a unique outdoor space — perfect for slow mornings, quiet afternoons, or fresh air. The layout flows effortlessly outdoors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.



THE KITCHEN

The fully equipped kitchen is designed to accommodate group dining with ease, featuring a full cookware set, dishes, utensils, and essential small appliances. A quality coffee maker ensures a smooth start to your mornings. For outdoor meals, the BBQ grill and patio dining area offer the perfect setting under the open Texas sky.



THE BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 — King bed. A spacious, serene master suite designed for rest and privacy.

Bedroom 2 — King bed. Bright and comfortable, appointed with quality linens.

Bedroom 3 — Queen bed. A cozy, welcoming space designed for a peaceful retreat.

Bedroom 4 — Two Full-over-Full bunk beds. Ideal for families or flexible sleeping arrangements.



All bedrooms feature a Smart TV, comfortable bedding, quality linens, and thoughtful storage.



THE BATHROOMS

Two full bathrooms are conveniently located to comfortably accommodate larger groups within the single-story layout. One full bathroom has a walk-in shower, the other full bathroom has a combination shower/tub.



YOUR OUTDOOR OASIS

The backyard is the centerpiece of the Cowboy Luxe experience. The heated private pool offers year-round enjoyment, while the hot tub invites evening relaxation. The tiki bar sets the tone for casual gatherings, while pickleball, basketball, and mini golf bring a playful, competitive edge. As the sun sets, the firepit becomes the social hub — surrounded by lounge seating and outdoor games designed for all ages. Every detail is crafted for memorable, effortless days outdoors.



THE GAME ROOM

When the outdoor fun winds down, the game room keeps the experience going. Featuring a pool table, arcade games, shuffleboard, classic tabletop games, and a bar cart, this space is designed for connection, competition, and late-night fun.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home minus the locked cleaners' closet.

Getting Around:

By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

Rideshare Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Simply book a ride through the app, and you'll be on your way to your destination in no time.

Check-in is at 4pm

Check-out is at 10am



- No pets allowed

- Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.

- Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is allowed.

- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability

- Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!

- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
