We were lucky enough to rent this great house with a superb location while we attended events leading up to a family wedding. The owner, Deb was super responsive and awesome to work with and went out of her way to make us feel welcome as she shared her beautiful home with us. We had everything we needed for cooking meals- all kitchen utensils, cookware and appliances were new and updated. The beds and linen were comfortable and clean. TVs and WIFI worked great with a huge screen in the living room. We really couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our family. Deb, thank you for sharing your home with us- we hope to be back again soon!

Ideal location for us. Well stocked and convenient. Quiet lovely neighborhood. Walkable to many places. Deb was always available and quick to respond. We would stay again.

The house was clean and very comfortable for the whole family: accessorized kitchen, nice living area, great beds, pool. We all really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was safe, beautiful and great for outdoor walks. Deb was just excellent, great communicator and always available. We will definitely love to come back.

Staying at Deb’s beautiful home in Santa Monica absolutely made our vacation to California perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, close to the beach, and near LA but not in LA. A great neighborhood and the perfect place from which to explore Santa Monica, Venice Beach, etc. The house, the pool, and the backyard are wonderful. And Deb is the best! Kind, friendly, helpful, and well, like family. We felt like we’d known her for years.

This house was the most beautiful home, pictures don’t do it justice. Our family had the best time, we felt at home and warm. Deb was the best host I’ve ever encountered she was quick to respond, helpful, and just so kind, everything you would wish for. This experience was above and beyond and I would recommend to anyone staying in the area, perfect location, great neighborhood, convenient, and sooo well equipped and stocked. Thank you Deb for an amazing time we will defiantly be back.

To celebrate my sister's 70th birthday, I rented Debra's beautiful home for 5 nights. We were greeted with fresh flowers on the dining table & Deb even hung a Happy Birthday banner for my sister. She let my niece borrow one of her bikes & rode with her to the local farmer's market. The pool, spa, fire pit & multiple outdoor seating areas were lovely. Deb is a wonderful host. If you're looking for a home to rent in Santa Monica, this is it!

We wanted to have extended family together over the holiday weekend so we stayed at Deb’s. We had such a fun time! Our grands stopped by for pool days; and the spaces, and support from Deb, made it a great experience!

We loved our stay here. Deb made everything easy. She was our personal guide to the city. She even left us homegrown tomatoes on the porch. We were so surprised by the gigantic pool in the backyard. The pictures don't do it justice! The location was excellent for everything we wanted to see. We even felt so at home that we took in the local farmers market. What a great home away from home in a crazy, big city!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Debra’s house property! The entire house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The outdoor space is truly magical, and Debra was gracious to let us make full use of it. We would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in Deb's charming house. It was on a lovely street in Santa Monica about a ten minute drive to the beach. Deb was very thorough during the house tour and gave us lots of great suggestions on where to go.
