Country Oasis w/ Heated Pool > Cocoa FL

The house is amazing. There were some issues with the bathrooms not being as clean as you expected but more of a loved in household. The needs are super comfortable and plentiful. The pool is amazing. The yard is very over grown and i had some worries about my little dog out in it.

This is an amazing secluded getaway with a heated pool. It is beautiful, spacious and clean both indoors and outdoors.Everything you could need for your stay is already there!I stayed here for 5 weeks, and honestly I was sad to leave.Read the description fully to be sure it's what you're looking for! It's a little out of the way, but not too much.It's a relatively short drive to the beaches.The host is super friendly and responsive!Whatever you need just ask!If I needed to be in this part of the state again, I wouldn't hesitate a second to rent this place again.Heated pool... palm and fruit trees... birds singing... peaceful and quiet... and loaded with modern amenities...What more could you ask for?

Nice and quiet area. Greatly enjoyed the pool and the cooking area. They were several amenities that were available that aren't always at other locations. The owner was very helpful and always promptly responded to any and all of our questions. Thanks!

Cooper's house had all the amenities needed! From kitchen utensils, towels, cups, plates to the BBQ area that also included a smoker that provided outstanding dishes of chicken! Cooper provided excellent communication both before our arrival as well as during our stay. If the situation presented itself and we needed to stay in Cocoa again, I'd definitely consider Cooper's home!

Great place to stay

Good: House is spacious, easily sleeps 14, home was clean, all kitchen appliances worked. The Keurig coffee maker was appreciated. The 2 televisions had Roku program access. The 2 bathrooms were fine. The woodchip BBQ and charcoal BBQ worked ( but required some cleaning). Not Good: Access to the house required driving on an unpaved, dusty, bumpy road . The neighborhood was not upscale and was across from a line of trees which concealed a highway. The pool was much smaller than pictured, Kitchen appliances worked but were fairly old. Same for the eclectic collection of dishes and utensils.

The house was great! It was clean, well stocked, had a great pool, just what we needed. Our trip to the area was less than ideal, but this wonderful property made it better.

Enjoyed our relaxing stay. We will plan to come back again.

The property was exactly as described! It’s a little off the main road which was perfect but close enough to get to Cocoa Village and Kennedy Space Center. Our dogs loved roaming the property. Cooper was very easy to contact and responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here.
