The hosts were very kind and attentive. We loved all the personal touches and the attention to detail that enhanced the overall experience. The property has a nice little fenced-in yard which is a bonus for all who travel with their fur babies. We recommend this property to anyone visiting the Elizabethton and Tri-Cities area.

This was perfect for our weekend getaway with our granddaughters. The house had everything we needed and then some and the hosts were very attentive but still gave us privacy. Best experience I have ever had with a short-term rental.

Very quiet and welcoming home with comfortable beds and furniture, games, dvds, large dining table, etc… The owners have thought of everything to make you feel at home away from home, right down to the neighbor just up the road with anything you forgot to bring! Nice little fenced in area for the pups. Nostalgic farmhouse with all the modern updates. We only stayed for two nights this time but did get to visit Bristol Speedway in Lights and eat some fantastic food at Nancy’s Family Restaurant! Will definitely be back!

One of our favorite vacation rentals! The owners added so many personal touches to make sure that their guests were comfortable. We had snacks and keurig pods in the kitchen; toppers on the beds; three separate sleep spaces; and a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Everything had been remodeled and there were plenty of outlets for our electronic devices. Billie and John were friendly and helpful. We hope to return!

This is an excellent place to stay. it was very neat, clean and comfortable. But one of the nicest things about it were all the little extras the host has made available. like snacks and a large array of toiletries etc. Seems like little things but to someone who traveled a lot in his career the the little things mean a lot when you are away from home.

We arrived during the time of Hurricane Helene. our hosts Billie and John went out of their way to notify us that there was no power. They even waited for us to arrive due to the dark roads. I was confident booking this place due to description and ratings, but even that was surpassed by the reality of it's perfection. A very pleasant and peaceful place to stay. Pet friendly. My dog and my sisters dog LOVED it! They felt at home right away. Host were super nice and engaged in some good conversations. The AC's they have set up work surprisingly well. I'm from Vermont and 70 degrees felt cold! That NEVER happens in Vermont. I'm not sure how that magic was created. I would absolutely stay here again if travels take me that way and recommend it to everyone traveling that way.

If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable home to stay in, then look no further. The kitchen was immaculate and well stocked with items you would need while on vacation. All three bedrooms and the bathroom (with washer and dryer) were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Scarlett, our small dog, loved the fenced backyard! The property comes with two covered porches, fire pit, backyard with privacy fence and plenty of parking. The highlight, however, are the owners: Billie and John. Rarely will you find owners as nice, thoughtful and accommodating as these two. They’re just as wonderful as their country farmhouse! So, if you’re looking for a place to stay while in NE Tennessee, stay here.
