Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a very nice stay in your cabin. It was perfect for our Christmas visit with family in Elizabethton. I’m sure we will be back.

Stayed Apr 14, 2023This place is beautiful, very well maintained, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. The owner is extremely friendly. Having the river as your back yard is picturesque. Had a fire in the pit and even did a bit of fishing. We will be back.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025Great location not far from Lovers Lane Boat ramp, great views of river ( you can fish this stretch right out the back) and overall very nice and near new. Well stocked and photos do not show new artwork.

Stayed May 10, 2025It was very clean , great location , great view , great yard with swings and fire pit . The covered patio made it so that even in a downpour we could enjoy the outside space . Everything we needed was right there .

Mark and crew did an amazing job in getting the unit ready for our requested stay of 5 nights. Mark was readily available to answer all of our questions in a very timely manner.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024This property looks brand new. It was extraordinarily clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need - including firewood and fishing rods! We had four adults in our party and the place was very comfortable. One thing to note, the bed in the primary bedroom is VERY tall and may be a challenge for anyone with a physical disability. That said, there are two twin beds in the other bedroom that are normal height.
