Stayed Oct 8, 2024We were evacuating from a hurricane and this house was a safe place to stay. All necessities were there, but it IS an older home and comes with all that entails. Creaky floors and settling noises. Doors were not air tight, so on the warmer nights bugs were abundant and able to get in. The location was nice, although not near anything. Fenced in yard was good for the dog. Neighbor was very nice and helpful when we had issues with a lock. any really

Stayed May 31, 2024Booked this place for some friends and I. Plenty of space for 6 to 8 people, solid entertainment room added on the back of the house. We did have to clean some of the appliances that were dirty in some hard to reach spots but other than that, it was a good find for the area and our contact for the property was very responsive.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023Kitchen not very well equipped back porch rotten the floor had soft spots found a rat in the laundry room had trouble with the heater could not keep the house consistently warm beings that it was cold outside and also inside ran out of hot water every night but we enjoyed the pool table and comfortable beds

Stayed Dec 20, 2022Very comfortable house and Shirley was great! The only negative is that the master bed room was vey cold I ended up getting bronchitis. I would definitely rent again, but bring a small heater for the master bedroom during winter months. Great home for family gathering.
