Stayed Jul 29, 2023Great rental house! We loved the location in Cotuit Bay Shores - amenities were wonderful. The house was super clean and the landscaping was impeccable- hosts were thoughtful and responsive and even left us goodies on our arrival! Our teenager loved having his own “wing” and our 5 year old loved being right next us

Stayed Jul 3, 2023Loved the generous beds and three bathrooms were perfect for 2x2 adults and a teenager! Very wide range of kitchen gadgets and utensils so no need to bring your kitchen with you. Stop and Shop 1 mile away. Did visit the private beach but preferred the Association beaches.

Stayed Aug 8, 2022We felt like we were in the woods but 10 minutes to beautiful beaches. Very nice house well stocked by the hosts. We hope to return.

Stayed Jul 21, 2022This was a great, very neat house out in a quiet section of woods. It was extremely clean and fresh-feeling and I felt like I was staying in a one-of-a-kind house out of a magazine with a recessed living room and nice patio where I could have my morning coffee and enjoy the natural beauty of the woods. The conjoined walking paths were well maintained and I wish I could have spent more time exploring the area. The host did a noteworthy job of staging the house to make it feel welcoming and add a variety of welcome snacks and such to make us feel at home. Of the half-dozen places I stayed on The Cape, nobody set things up quite like this and I have to say this property was my favorite.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022This was a very clean property. After 2 pandemic years, we finally got away with our family to celebrate our 30th anniversary. There was plenty of room to be together and by ourselves. The home was spacious, very clean, and well appointed.
