Charming clean cottage, with its own private beach across the street, in the quiet town of Birch Bay. The cottage has lots of windows facing the beautiful view of the bay, a small propane fireplace to keep you cozy on colder days, and is in walking distance of dining and shopping.

The cottage was beautiful & cozy! The view to the beach was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent celebrating a friend’s birthday at this beach house. We played cards and watched a movie. Nice place just to relax and have a blast with your buddies.

This lil beach cabin was just perfect for us. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Loved the location to the private beacb and short walk to a small local grocery store.

Cottage was nice and clean. Check-in was fantastic, could not have been better. My family very much enjoyed our short stay. But we do plan on making it an annual visit.

My husband and I wanted a weekend away with our oldest son. We enjoyed being right across from the beach. We walked into town for lunch and dinner. Golfed at Bellingham north. Was quite wet but enjoyed. The home had all that we needed. Very clean and has a great cozy beach vibe. You have a lovely place and will definitely want to come back again.

We needed somewhere quiet to stay for one night between Seattle and whistler. This property fit the bill! Great location , quiet community, clean property, responsive owner! The perfect accommodation. The private beach is amazing at sunset and Greg gave us all the information we needed!

Great cabin get away for 2 or 3 adults. Quiet with great views of the ocean.

Greg was fantastic to work with. Answered all of my questions and was a delight! The cottage is across the street from the beach and has its own private area with a fire pit and beach chairs. However, the view from the cottage was amazing as well. Large windows provided a marvelous open view. The cottage is an easy walking distance to the local grocery store and Baywood Cafe - which is where we had breakfast every morning. There is a hard packed trail along the beach that takes you there. What a cute cottage - great full size /compact kitchen, dining room table, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with laundry. Everything was so very clean. The decor was nicely done - perfect for those that don't want clutter. The sound of the waves, shore birds and lovely salt air only added to the beach ambiance. Screens on the windows allowed us to open them and let in the sights and sounds. Will be back in a heartbeat!
