Would definitely stay here again! We absolutely loved it. It was beautiful and loved all of the thoughtful touches that made it feel so welcoming and like home.

The realtor was awesome and answered texts ASAP. However, the house was dirty. Bed linens were all stained. We had to wash all of the bedsheets annd comforters ourselves. Shower curtain in the main floor bedroom had yellow stains. The toilets were stained. The bedside tables had stained rings all over them. The chair and couch in the living room had stains all over them. Maybe some kids had a party there before we arrived, but everything had stains all over. The dishes were dirty. The housekeeper was admittedly late to clean and was there well after we checked in which also could speak to the cleanliness of the house, but she left without addressing any of the above issues. House location was great. Super easy walk to the beach and multiple restaurants around.

The unit was in a nice location close to Gulf State Park so we could ride our bikes there without loading them on our bike rack. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and appliances. The furniture in the living room was a little worn like most vrbo houses but livable. The manager was responsive to the couple unforeseen issues that came up during our stay and these things were repaired or replaced quickly.

The house was great had everything we needed except the ice maker didn’t work. Reported and was told a service person would come but not repaired while we were there. We were there for a month. Everything else was good.

The property was nice and close to mustly everything. Could actually walk to beach, souvenir stores, and tons of good restraunts. Pool is literally just steps from the door. Loved it, would love to go back.

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The cottage was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. My family did not want to leave and come back home!

Enjoyed this spacious and clean condo. A fun time was had by all!

Our Refuge was the perfect spot for our family of 6. Everyone was so impressed from the first walk-through until our last day. The kitchen was fully stocked, the walk to the beach was 5 minutes, and there was a store even closer in case we needed to grab anything real quick. We had a great view of the Gulf from both balconies as well. :) We also used some of the beach supplies that were there at the house for people to use during their stay, which proved fun and helpful. The decor was perfect. This was our kids first time seeing the ocean, and the beachy decor was very fitting for their overall experience. The bunks and the stuffies that were there for kids were perfect. The pool was amazing- we used it every day. Very warm and always clean. We will be back!

Our unit wasn’t on schedule to be cleaned before we checked in but I talked with someone and they sent housekeeping out immediately. The housekeeper was very nice and kids friendly. She did an amazing job. She left the house neat, thorough, and efficient. The house smelled wonderful. I was very pleased with her service and will be back to stay again.
