Cottage Steps from the Beach with Community Pool

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this lovely Coast Cottage. Located within walking distance of the beach, the Coast Cottage community provides a quaint, charming, vacation atmosphere. The community features brick paved streets, an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.

Tag Knot Cottage, located at 20 Coast Cottage Lane, features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths.

The first level has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a king in the masterand queen beds in both guest rooms. There is a reading nook on this level as well nestled between bedrooms. The 2nd main level has an open floor plan for gathering with the kitchen, living area and dining table with built in seating. A half bath and laundry facility is located on this level as well. The large back deck is accessible from this level as well facing the Coast Guard Station. At the top landing of the third level is another bath and a built in twin bed. Across the outdoor space is the entrance to the 4th bedroom equipped with a built in queen bed and two hanging twins. This level has a tremendously large outdoor area to enjoy for the entire family!

The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home.

Additional Information:

* This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during Summer months.

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

* Pool Heat - The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details.

* Parking for this cottage is limited to 2 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.
