Cottage On Sunset 2 Bedroom House Walk To Castle Rock Lake New Lisbon WI

The place is like brand new with top notch lighting furniture mattresses appliances ect.... Very well stocked with everything a person could need. The roku tv was awesome cause I got it at home. Just signed in on the apps and watched the pack and the Talladega race which is always a must watch. Looking forward to another stay next year if they'll have me. Wish Id win the lottery so I could have my own cabin just like this one. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed

Loved the area. Very quiet most of the time. The place was very nice and welcoming. Enjoyed the decorations and really liked the screened in porch. Would recommend this to friends/family.

This was the best VRBO home we have stayed in! In other rentals, we have always needed to go out and buy something (there was one that only had ONE roll of tp for the whole week, and no paper towels, and had to go to the store for it. This house had everything, and more..even extra light bulbs, food wrap, etc! The beds were very comfortable. The living room furniture was comfy, they even had firewood for the firepit! The kitchen was so well stocked with every tool you can think of! The bathroom closet had baskets filled with things like soap and other toiletries. The house was extremely clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The Host was wonderful to work with. I had a few questions right after I booked it, and she responded very quickly! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this VRBO home again, and highly recommend it to everyone!

Our kids called it the best house on the lake. They loved the area very close to the lake beaches and fun We were near great fishing spots and beaches. The state park was a whole 5 mins away where there was a great kids fishing pond. 4 mins from the general store. Quiet day and night. Kids loved the fire pit s’mores and hotdogs. Husband love the screened in back porch sat and read his books. The house they did an amazing job renovating and decorating. So clean. Definitely took some decorating ideas home with me to use. Worth the stay.

Check in was very efficient & accurate. I’m from Necedah & my parents live 5 mins down the street. My only concern regarding this property was the strong odor of animal pee in the living area. When you walk in, you smell a very distinct smell.

Great place to stay and great owners property is a great location to all of our favorite places in a nice quiet neighborhood. We’ve stayed many times with the same owners and always had a wonderful experience.

This was a great stay in a well stocked and nicely decorated VRBO. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a queen, very comfortable bed with nice linens. The unit is stocked with everything and anything you would possibly need during your stay. Communication with the owner was fantastic, she is a very nice lady and so helpful. The unit is stocked with tons of movies to watch along with some great books and reading material. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. One of our favorite things was the delightful screened in porch where we enjoyed The evening sunsets and early morning sunrise. We would definitely stay here again.

Sunset cottage is super clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our long weekend in the woodsy and quiet neighborhood; relaxing and taking Long walks together.

Cute, super clean, fully equipped cozy cottage near Castle Rock Lake (the boat launch less than a mile away). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for long walks. Enjoyed a great holiday getaway and will plan to return!

We absolutely loved the cottage! It was super clean, truly a home away from home. There was no detail missed. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch where we spent 90% of our time. It is super quiet out there and relaxing. We will be back.

It was the perfect place, everything we needed, and the location was code to boat ramp. Our grandsons (9 and 11) loved it, they didn’t want to leave. We will be back, and our host was so easy to work with.5 stars

My husband and I stayed for four nights - somewhat work related trip, we traveled the area every day. The location is close to the lake in a nice little neighborhood, we took walks everyday. (Didn’t have a chance to fish or check out any beach areas) We have stayed in several VRBOs and this was the absolute cleanest, most comfortable and well equipped place we have ever stayed. The host even had birthday candles there if you needed them. The fire pit was ready for a camp fire. It was decorated so nice I felt like I was in a lovely little furniture store. We ate at a couple of the restaurants near by, all good experiences ( Shipwreck Bay, Carters and the Buckhorn store for subs) I would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone. Loved it. Very quiet neighborhood until the Packers kicked a field goal in the last 3 seconds to win the game. Everything you need is there and easy to find We'll be back for sure.

This is a great place! Everything you need is there. One of the very few rentals that I have stayed at where the kitchen knives are actually usable! Clean, comfortable, and Janette is the best host ever! I would like to give this place an 11 out of 10 rating.

My son had a LAX tournament and we chose to VRBO. This cabin was awesome! Dad/son time that does not happen much. Fire pit and screened porch are great. All your needs are included and the beds are comfortable. Location has nearby restaurants/supermarket.

We have stayed at many cabins and cottages throughout Wisconsin as well as the East Coast. By far, this has been the best house with the most amenities and the most well taken care of property that we have ever stayed for a far better price than the others. When we have a couple of weeks, we will definitely ask to stay here again and enjoy the lake and staying in to bake bread and grill some fish and steak over the fire pit. I have traveled the entire world from Siberia to the tip of Argentina to China to the center of Wisconsin, and we believe this has been the best place we have stayed. Thank you Janette. The rental was amazing, photos do not do this place justice. Fully stocked with cooking supplies, games, and movies. The neighborhood was quiet. 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to a hiking area. Would definitely stay in this rental on my next visit to the area.

We were close to the boat launch and restaurants. The house was very clean and cozy!

The cabin was peaceful, updated, and lovely. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Would stay again if in the area.

The cabin is recently remodeled and has all new appliances. Furniture amazing mattress and linens. There are a few issues they are still working out getting the tv and Roku connected. Janette was very responses to this issue
