Cottage Near the Ocean with a Roof-top Deck, A/C, and WiFi

Its dog friendly but very clean and comfy. Close to beach, groceries. Loved the enclosed porch out of master bedroom.

The house was big and clean and close to the beach. The oven had an issue, but the vacasa rental company was easy to get ahold of. We had a great time in Tybee Island.

The property was nice overall however the house could use a good update. The sliding glass door that takes you out to the screened in area was broken when we arrived and we were unable to lock that door. Loved the location and the space. Do not agree that the house is equipped for parking for four.

Pros: the house was very close to the beach and there was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 childrenCons: no gas was provided to the house during the entire stay, which meant we couldn't use the stove or oven. We had to get takeout for almost every meal, which ballooned the cost of our trip and was a major inconvenience. Each day we contacted Vacasa and each day they said they were working on the resolution but it was never resolved. They offered a miniscule 25 per day initially before increasing the refund amount (still not enough) after repeated asking. The maintenance team that actually showed up told us that they informed Vacasa a week prior to our arrival that the gas was out but they still hadn't fixed it.The house overall is nice but I wouldn't trust Vacasa to resolve any issues you might encounter

The layout was great for family gatherings. We have a family of 5 kids and we were able enjoy having everyone in one area for food and family time. The proximity to beach was nice and access was within a block walk and we didn't have to cross Butler

Easy walk to the beach, big kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms, carport for outdoor storage of beach chairs and toys, 2 refrigerators, comfortable furnishings.

House was very comfortable and clean. Disappointed in distance to the beach. Screen door to porch was broken, refrigerator drawer falls out, security system neefs new battery, upstairs bath towel bar is broken.

Absolutely loved our week at the 'Cottage Near Ocean with Roof-top Deck'! Just steps from the ocean! Very quiet neighborhood; the house has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay! It sits in a perfect location for the ocean and restaurants! The drive to Savannah was a breeze! I think it is only 18 miles or so.We highly recommend this house and hope to return for another visit on Tybee! Thank you!

This was a wonderful house that was within walking distance to the beach and also directly next to the main road. House was very clean and great overall. We would definitely stay there again!

We had issues with either house alarm or smoke detector.

We loved the house! Plenty of room for our family (5 adults and 2 kids). Easy and quick walk to the beach. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. IGA was also very close. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved the balconies and it was a great distance from the beach, just a short walk. The kitchen is great for cooking but it lacks some kitchen ware that we didn’t realize we didnt have and limited what we could make.

We had a wonderful stay. Restaurants and shopping a short drive away. Very central location on the island. Exactly a 3 minute walk to the beach over the sand dune. Great seashell hunting and beach walking. House had plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Tables and spaces for game playing and just plain relaxing. House had everything we needed including 2 chairs for the beach. Huge washer and dryer. Central air-conditioning made nights wonderfully cool. We would come back for another stay and will suggest to friends.

This home is amazing and so close to the beach. Spacious is an understatement! We will definitely be making this our home of choice for our yearly trips to Tybee.

The house is great. It was plenty large enough for 6 adults and one baby. The floorplan works well for a family vacation. Most of our time was spent in the kitchen and dining room. Nice big table for games and just hanging out. We loved the extra fridge in the laundry room. We also loved the screened in deck. Great outdoor furniture. The only negatives is it would have been nice to have some beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Maybe even a bicycle or two. But there is a great chair/umbrella rental right on the beach. And bike rental nearby. There are great restaurants within walking distance. And Savanah is very close. We had a great time and would highly recommend Marigold Cottage.

Wonderful beach house! We had ourselves and another couple stay here and the home was just perfect. Everything you need to cook, rest and go to the beach. Well thought out. We'd love to stay there again if we are back on Tybee!

Distance to beach and amenities was great, mostly walking distance. Home was clean and roomy and fit our needs well!
