Cute cottage, exactly as described. Location was ideal with lots of enjoyable activities nearby. House was clean, nicely decorated and with extras touches to make guests comfortable. The Hunting Island State Park pass offered by the host was great! What a beautiful park & beach!

Property was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The screened porch with the fireplace is where we spent our evenings. We will definitely rent again when in the area!

I set my in-laws up and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Besides the comfortable/cozy atmosphere, it was impeccably clean/furnished, close to downtown Beaufort. Yes, wouldn't hesitate to book in the future, when in the area! Thank you JaniceMarie.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Beaufort for close to twenty years now. This is our third time staying at this location. We love this home - it has everything we need and still seems brand new. Our favorite part is the screened-in back patio. We most recently stayed in June and enjoyed sitting out there with our morning coffee, listening to all the songbirds. Two curious baby racoons were watching us through the screen one evening. When we've stayed in November, we enjoyed lighting the fireplace and spending the evening on the patio. The neighborhood is quiet, and we love that there are two bicycles provided to explore all of Beaufort and the Spanish Moss bike trail. Thank you for another wonderful trip.

We enjoyed 3 nights at this charming cottage. It was enough space for a short visit. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs to cook most meals there (I have food allergies so eating out is challenging). JaniceMarie was easy to communicate with and we didn’t have any problems. The Hunting Island Pass was a wonderful bonus. We hiked in the forest and walked along the marsh and lagoon one day, then returned for sunrise at the boneyard beach the following morning. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and having a glass of wine on the screened porch. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to downtown. Highly recommend for a lowcountry getaway!
