La villetta si trova in una zona tranquilla del Lido di Venezia, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ed a 10 dalla partenza del battello che nl 10 minuti vi condurrà in Piazza San Marco od a Murano, Burano, Torcello. A 100 metri dalla struttura troverete un Supermarket, una pizzeria molto buona, un ristorante di pesce ed una macelleria . La via dello shopping, dei negozi di lusso, delle gelaterie dei grandi caffe, dei tanti ristoranti e dei di negozi di tutti i tipi, è Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta ad una decina di minuti a piedi.
La struttura è molto luminosa, si compone di tre stanze più il bagno ed un giardino autonomo .La camera da letto, ha ampia finestra, a armadio doppio per vestiti e letto a due piazze.
Il soggiorno, con due finestra, ha un divano letto con sotto il secondo letto. Due poltrone di fimini, mobile libreria con libri per adulti e per bambini, Un tavolino basso ed uno alto per scrivere o per appoggiare il computer. Ha TV, CD e radio.
