This house is so cute!! Newly updated
New siding, new fencing, new couch, new window looking out back, new decor, new flat screen TV. New shower!!!

Cute, fully furnished one bedroom HOUSE!! PET FRIENDLY!!. warm and cozy, it has a fenced and gated yard and a fire pit. Close to all area attractions. Rent a house for less then the cost of a room!! (We ask that you do notleave your pet alone in the house unless the pet is crated.) Thank you.

The Space

Bank of NH Pavillion and Lake Winni, Gunstock, close by. This is a cute little house, it has one bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, with a stove, oven, sink, fridge, cabinets. Coffee maker, micro wave, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. I will have coffee, sugar and creamer in the house also snacks.

Check out time is 10:00
Guest Access

You will have access to the whole house and yard.
There is a fire pit, . Also a grill in the yard for grilling..

Interaction with Guests

You will have your privacy, keys in a lock box I'll give you code the night before, I'm available by text if you need me.

We also ask that you remove your shoes inside.
We will ask each guest if they want to use our linens or have us remove our linens and guests can bring their own.
We ask at check out all linens be placed in the hamper and left outside the door.
