Stayed Aug 5, 2024We enjoyed our stay very much! The cottage was just right for our family of 3 and our dog. It is very close to restaurants and stores, and the beach. Greg went out of his way to make our stay a great one by making numerous recommendations and just being very kind and communicative. We especially enjoyed the front porch with the rocking chairs and Gordon's Pond Beach is beautiful! We will definently be back.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Cottage by the Sea is an adorable beach bungalow. It’s equipped with everything you need. We had a cozy stay with 6. Teens loved the loft. Great outdoor shower keeps the beach vibe. We had two frenchies that were comfortable and enjoyed the fenced in yard and porch. It was a nice walk to the main attractions and beach. We had a great stroll to Dogfish and breakfast at Egg and the bakery across the street was a nice treat too.

Stayed Aug 17, 2023This was a lovely cottage, thoughtfully decorated, very well stocked and perfectly located. Every inch is well used in this home including the clever sleeping loft! Don’t miss the quiet, secluded backyard patio, perfect if you have a little doggie with you. The location can’t be beat and we would love to come again!
