Cottage - 2 minute drive to Orewa Beach with it's 3km of golden sands

we found this property excellent to stay with all amenities and things supplied

The property was easy to find, lock box was as described, it has everything one needs for a stay and is a good size. It has a nice bush walk and a friendly owner..

Wonderful, homely place with all conveniences.

I recommend this place highly, a home from home, very quiet and relaxing. Deck area is great to sit out with a wine and relax. Cottage has everything you would want, even the pantry was full. I will definitely be booking this again soon. I only stayed 2 nights on business, I could've moved in. :)

This was my second stay at this property.And once again I felt the embrace as if it was home.So private and protected. Loved the gentle summer breezes brushing through the surrounding bush, the bird call in the evening. A nice walk to Hatfield Beach, a quick 5 minute drive to Orewa.My host Sharon is a gem.Do try it!

Gorgeous tranquil area. Homely an welcoming cookies from the host. Loved our stay. Everything we could possibly want at our fingertips.

Amazing kitchen facilities, with everything you need to cook and drink. Teas and coffee selections with so many choices. Lovely unit with generous bedroom, pillows and space for your suitcase, clothes etc. Good bathroom though I did find the shower floor a bit slippery when wet. Check in process a breeze and lots of information to hand regarding what to do in and around Orewa. Lovely decor and felt very homely and welcoming.

Perfect spot. Kitchen was more than fully supplied and plenty of good linen and comfortable bed. Washing machine provided. Lovely and close to beach and short drive to cafes and shops. Would certainly stay again. Very pleasant host and very quick with communication. Notes throughout the house explaining how to use the equipment eg. coffee machine etc. The house was immaculately clean. Very quiet spot.

Everything was excellent

Its a lovely place,has everything you could need, has sky sport for those that cant live without it, comfortable bed, great shower. Highly recommend!

This well maintained, very clean little house is perfect. We stayed a week and had lots to do around the area.

This is a quiet retreat close to beaches and amenities. Beautifully appointed and homely at the same time.

Lovely accommodation with very generous condiments etc left in the cupboards along with towels etc.

This would have to be the clearest tidiest and most well equipped house we have stayed at. Homely touches and welcoming cookies are unexpected but well received

Accommodating and responsive host, very comfortable space, beautiful deck for morning coffee overlooking a forested space, well equipped kitchen, beautiful park reserve literally next door and a 10 Min walk to a perfect beach. Beds were very comfortable. Y

We had a great stay at this peace of paradise. Location is incredibly relaxing and quiet, right next to the bush, and perfect for unwinding. We really appreciated that the property was all on one level and had everything we needed for a short stay. There was plenty of good reading material, and the deck is a real highlight—absolutely lovely if you get the chance to use it. Great communication from Sharon and we’d happily stay again.

Cosy, clean and exceptionally well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Nice comfy and private outdoor area where you can sit even if it's raining. No-one is overlooking you even though there are close neighbours. Close to amenities and the beach via car.

Beautiful home and setting bordering the bush so quiet and peaceful, close to shops and beach, couldn’t fault it.

Never met the host, but the house was comfortable.

Our host, Sharon was awesome to work with. Her house was so cozy and quiet and close enough to walk to town which was nice. Our bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. When we weren’t off exploring, Sharon’s home offered us relaxing down time to read or take a nap. We didn’t realize that this was Sharon’s personal home so used her shampoo that was in the shower because a shower was the first thing we did after arriving because of our long flight. We would recommend that perhaps these things be put away if they are not for renters use. We would highly recommend this rental. Sooooo comfortable!

The Cottage is lovely with everything you need. Sharon is a beautiful host that will make you feel very welcomed.I would definitely stay here again.

It suited our purpose. We had a car so no problem going anywhere. Very homely and comfortable. Lovely sitting on the deck with comfortable chairs and watching the tuis in the trees

The cottage is a great place to stay, it is very comfortable,Spotlessly clean and close to amenities, but you feel like you have gone away to a tranquil oasis with the bush in your door step.

The cottage was just beautiful, a quiet peaceful place that definitely bought us peace coming from a big city. I would live here if I could. Amazing amentities and the bath, goodness coming from a small apartment this was what the doctor ordered. Highly, highly recommend.

Directions were great. House was extremely well stocked. Bed was comfortable, very nice sheets! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We were happy to stay in Orwea as a base for a few day trips. We felt comfortable in this rental. We would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

This place had everything you require( home from home). Close to Orewa for shopping and not far from the Beach and Main Highway.

Was a brilliant property - very close to town but very private too. Only wished we could have stayed longer! Lots of helpful information left, along with delicious cookies, and the bed was so comfy.

A great location in Orewa. Walking distance through the bush to the beach. A short drive to the shops. Lovely and peaceful. Comfortable outdoor chairs for a nap on the deck.

All we needed great access to sops beach etc.
