Welcome to my tastefully decorated and cosy self-catering spilt level bungalow situated in Ballymena, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, perfect for relaxing, staycations, golf and sightseeing throughout Ireland. It’s the perfect accommodation for events such as the British Golf Open 2025 and Northwest 200, the property is also in close proximity to the following hotels/wedding venues: Adair Arms hotel (0.4 mile/1 min drive)

We are centrally located in Northern Ireland and right next door to Ballymena’s Translink NI Railways and Bus station, which provides bus and rail services across Northern Ireland. I am excited to have you stay here. My cosy spilt level bungalow is located in the heart of Ballymena with plenty of room for up to 6 guests. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this charming property features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious open plan living room has comfortable seating, a double sofa bed, a 65” flat-screen Freeview TV and free WiFi throughout, it is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is great for cooking up meals and enjoying them in the open plan dining area. The two available bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature comfortable double beds, plenty of storage space and Freeview TV in each room. The property also features a shared bathroom consisting of a bath, walk-in shower, bluetooth mirror and heated towel rail. Guests are advised to bring their own towels. The outdoor area includes a garden and patio with table and seating area, perfect for soaking up the sun and free on-site parking for one car with additional free on-street parking.     This was a fantastic home in Ballymena. Kitchen was generously large and coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits awaited us. Comfy living room and bedroom was perfect for our needs…we only used one. The update bathroom had a wonderful soaking tub that we used! Henry was awesome at communication and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay here. Welcome book he provided was helpful for restaurants and was a nice drive to coastal sites.

    The bungalow was very clean and tidy. Decorated beautifully. We stayed as we where attending a wedding in a nearby hotel and it was very easy to locate. Henry met us at the house and showed us around and he was very pleasant. Will definitely stay again the mext time we go to ballymena.

    Accommodation in perfect location for us to explore the area. Beds were comfortable and decent shower in bathroom. All kitchen appliances available inc washing machine and dishwasher. Another oven tray would have been useful. Good offroad parking and area close to supermarkets and quiet in evenings. Had an enjoyable stay. Ireland is lovely, but probably won't be back...other places to go.....

    We had a lovely stay at this home. Spotless clean and modern it has all the comforts you would need with a beautiful kitchen, great wifi, large tv and relaxing couches. Comfortable beds, large shower and bath, hot water good heating. Everything was as described. The host was so friendly and accommodating. Off-Street Parking was also very convenient. It is within good walking distance of all amenities. We would return 5/5
