The host was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for visiting the national park. Great place for families!

We have stayed here twice now. The cottage is really cute, Eddy texts you and gives excellent clear instructions and you have the cottage entirely to yourself. It's well appointed, comfortable and close to Kyneton. We will hopefully be back!

Eddy was a great host and allowed us to check in earlier to accommodate for us to get ready before the wedding with no rush. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the property was very clean with the pleasant surprise of little chocolates and biscuits waiting for us. 1st time I have stayed at a place like this and it was definitely a great experience to book again. Lovely to have some coffee and dishwashing liquid etc too. Good water pressure in the shower! And very hospitable owners (who we didn’t meet but had lovely communication with). Overall really great and would happily stay again. We are at the Albion Pub in Kyneton - also highly recommend - food delicious and kitchen completely gluten free/ intolerance friendly … very lovely chef too who came to our table to confirm the ‘nor garlic or onion’ request .. Maybe a small sign pointing to ‘cottage’ would be helpful but we found it ok!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very good, close to everything we needed. The place was exceptionally clean and well looked after, which made a big difference. We especially loved the outdoor BBQ area — such a great space to unwind. Would happily stay again!

Lovely little cottage with 2 generous bedrooms (main one has kitchenette and dinning table) and a bathroom. Good heating. Clean and well presented with a friendly host. Situated in forest/farm, short drive to local towns. Would stay there again :)

The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with easy access to lakes, little country towns and to a wedding venue we attended.Our host, Eddy, was welcoming and helpful, making the whole stay feel relaxed and effortless.A perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet countryside escape while still being close to Kyneton’s great restaurants. We stayed at Drummond as it is close to our daughter's home. We did not do any outdoor activities because of rain. We have stayed there previously and found it to be very convenient and welcoming.

Beautifully situated cottage on a peaceful farm, with sheep grazing nearby, crisp country air, and beautiful birdsong. Eddy was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

Nice cottage with a pleasant outlook

Our stay was too short, just an overnighter for a wedding, but on a hot 37 degree day, it was nice and cool, very refreshing and relaxing. Look forward to going back again, but for a few more extra nights

Beautiful 2 bedroom cottage set on (maybe)a hobby farm. Easy to locate(20min) from Kyneton. Great place if you want quietness but needing to close to town.

Clean and comfortable, with room for two couples, this cottage has all that you need for a few relaxing days in the Victorian countryside. The attention to detail is an added bonus, with bathroom items provided, plenty of towels, warmly heated on arrival, and a few chocolates to enjoy as you take in the lovely view of the property, with sheep, native birds and rabbits adding to the delightful ambience. Friendly and timely communication from host, Eddy, gives you the feeling you are in good hands. Have stayed twice and will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice location, comfy bed. The downside was the cleanliness. The shower had a lot of shampoo and conditioner bottles in it, some practically empty. There was used soap and toothpaste in the shower. The appliances needed a good clean. One of the coffee machines had green water in the canister and used pods. Small things, easy to rectify.

They have really thought about little details that make your stay more comfortable. The place was warm for when we arrived. It was lovely & quiet spot. Host was friendly & quick to reply.

Self contained. Warm and cosy - heater in bathroom. Everything you need. Country quiet. Central to main towns in area. Outdoor seating - weather permitting 😛. Comfy bed. Plenty of towels etc. Welcome chocolates/ milk and shortbread 😀
