Costa Dreams with Private Beach and Next To World Famous Pompano Joe's

It was a fantastic experience and definitely the best beach vacation!!

Listing said there would be toys! There were none! Also, i rented an umbrella and 2 chairs, evidently owner tried to keep the 2 chairs! Very disappointed !

We would definitely stay here again! It was clean, location was perfect, and the host was more than happy to help with any questions or needs that we had.

This is the 4th time we stayed at the same property with the same host. We love the property and location. The host is always helpful and responsive.

We always stay in one of the rentals in this exact location. Best views, walking distance to two places we love to eat (Kenny D’s and Pompanos) and the space feels like a home and not a rental. We traveled with a 3 year old and 9 month old. The main bedroom had a pack n play that was really handy for bedtime and a couple other baby items that were a nice surprise. The unit only comes with 1 beach service setup with 1 umbrella/2 chairs, but the host has multiple extra beach chairs on the bottom deck. It is private beach area for these units so that’s an extra bonus, no crowded beaches and all family friendly. This was our view all week and just a few steps outside our door.

Very clean property and the beach is beautiful. For those who might need 4 actual bedrooms the bunks are out in the open area in the lower level—not enclosed in a closed door room and you have to go outside to access that area. The lower level has an odd smell but probably just humidity related? Not sure. Managers are very responsive but you will also receive some auto emails with inaccurate and old info which could be confusing, and a few with warnings about extra fees they will charge if you break any rules. You cannot leave anything in the rental such as beach toys, cooking spices, tinfoil etc. that might be useful to the next renters and there are no games. They do have extra beach chairs. It would be nice to have a small tool kit—finding a screwdriver was a mission one day! There is also not a grill if that’s important to you. They say there is no smoking on the entire property, even the parking lot but several units were smoking on their decks so not true for the whole property if that is an issue for any. Parking is tight as mentioned in the property details but there is info on the fridge that says to call a number to find out how much Alvin’s charges to park in their lot. We called and it was clear that Alvin’s was annoyed their number was being given out-they do NOT have parking for a fee on their lot. Laundry is in the lower level so be sure to look in the bedroom closets for the basket to carry it down in, which we missed until the last day.

We enjoyed our say and it was what we expected. Already taking about re-booking for another week later in the summers.

Perfect spot for 3 old friends to kick back & enjoy the GORGEOUS beach at the bottom of our steps. Lovely digs ! (Loved the upstairs shower!!!! @ 2nd bedroom). This place is perfect for a big reunion - as all adjoining outdoor patios are open to each other for hanging out. Will be coming back !!

Host was great. AC wasn't working, they had it replaced within 24hrs. Great location and beautiful water. Very clean and comfortable unit.

Great location, very clean. The grandkids had a great time in the ocean and building sand castles. We enjoyed the covered deck and the closeness to some shopping a really good restaurants. The private beach made it much easier with the kids. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful place to stay! Clean, well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans that we needed. The two separate entries actually worked great for our family. The 20-something year old cousins enjoyed the downstairs space while the 30 family enjoyed the upstairs. The dining table upstairs had enough room for all of us which made for perfect family dinners. This home is ON the beach. You literally take a few steps and you’re there. The beach chair and umbrella setup that came with the property was great. This property is also a 5 minute walk from Pompano Joes where we had a yummy lunch and on the beach behind Pompano Joes, was parasailing which was an amazing experience that I totally recommend if you stay here. Things to note: the chairs and umbrella were out every day by 8am! They do come by and pick them up by 5pm though. Also, for those with mobility limitations, you MUST take stairs to get to any bedroom in this home. There are only 2 parking spots on property. My sister came down later than the rest of us and so added a third car to our group. I recommend using the “Way” app to reserve parking close by! We were able to pay 10 for my sister to park her car at the Comfort Inn up the street just 4 minutes away. Her car was safe and we had a good experience with the app. Overall a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was amazing! My favorite part was ease of walking out of the door and onto the beach.

A group of us met for a music festival at Seascape. Condo was 1/2 mile away and it is situated on the gulf. The condo was great! Will be back.

This is a lovely home that is well appointed and the location is fabulous! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay - great location right at the beach with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Destin and PCB area as well. The condo was very clean and spacious for our group of 8 (2 dogs!) and had most of the essentials. There were definitely not enough of some supplies provided so make sure to bring your own trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher pods, sugar/spices. Would stay again!

This is the epitome of a basic beach front rental! First the beach is wonderful and the daily chairs and umbrella is a wonderful touch. The unit is clean, but as basic of a rental as you can imagine. It is pretty clear as soon as you enter that this is an investment property and that the owners either never stay here or do it very little. The furniture is uncomfortable and had a hard time accommodating 4 people. I don’t know what you would do with a large party in this unit. There is just the absolute basics in the unit, not even beach towels. I had to spend almost 100 on beach towels the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were awful. The decks were great to enjoy the days. The listing is misleading. This is a 3 bedroom unit. Two bedrooms in the main unit and one bedroom in a separate area completely outside of the home. The 3rd bedroom is in the flood zone and shows signs of being flooded with curled woodwork damages. There isn’t even basic spices in the unit when you arrive so plan that into your budget if you plan on cooking in. It wasn’t a issue for us as we ate every meal out. We would stay in this area again, just not in this unit. We talked with neighbors in the same building that had much more in the unit than we did. No games for a rainy day, etc. If you’re driving, pack what you need. If flying, add money to your budget. Not trying to make this a negative review, just noting the facts!
