Great home with plenty of room and very close to the pool. Will definitely stay again on future trips and will recommend to others!

We had the best time staying at this house! We had multiple families together and two children under 10, and this house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, and everything was so functional. We loved the community and the location; the short walk to the beach made our stay so stress free. Plus the community isn’t crowded so it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. :) We took advantage of the community pool as well which was right next to the house. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to have a relaxing Rocky Point vacation.

Loved the house and all it had to offer!! Will definitely rent again! My group loved the security and peaceful environment and easy access to the beach! I would recommend bringing extra kitchen towels and storage containers for leftovers. Also as an FYI, there are no closets, so plan accordingly! The host was quick to respond to any questions and made the overall experience really enjoyable.

I had a great stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It’s also in a fantastic location, close to everything I needed. I did have a slight issue during my stay, but the host was quick to respond and resolved it right away. Their communication and willingness to help made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

The house was fantastic, and the hosts were super helpful.

The fire pit did not work (no propane bottle and burner knobs did not work), need more utensils (steak knives and silverware), no space inside garage for a full sized pickup truck for garage door to close. Nice location and home was comfortable.

Everything was as described, just perfect beautiful vires and very comfortable, will definitely live to stay again.! Thank You soo much

Beautiful and spacious house , great location in front of the pool and the main road headed to the beach by walking distance. I have stayed at other property locations in the past, that had have more and beyond the necessities such as spices , cooking gadgets, recreational beach equipment (chair, cooling, outside games, umbrellas…), bath and kitchen essentials such us hand soap, filled up shampoo, conditioner, dish sponge, cleaning pads. Overall it’s was great for our big family (7 kiddos ), spacious bunk beds, bathrooms and living room.
