Stayed May 27, 2026**Rating: 3/5 Stars** Booking and check-in were easy, and property management was responsive and even allowed us to check in 1.5 hours early. **Pros:** * Fantastic location—close to everything. * Beautiful private beachfront with white sand. * Very clean upon arrival; housekeeping did a great job. * Top-floor bedrooms were comfortable and well-maintained with wood flooring. * Bathrooms were all in good condition. **Cons:** * The first-floor bedroom was musty and carpeted. The bunk bed setup is advertised to sleep four, but realistically only sleeps three comfortably due to a restrictive upper bunk. The view is also an enclosed A/C room. * The biggest issue was the bedroom lock. The keypad worked inconsistently, and we were locked out with our belongings inside. It took maintenance and a locksmith nearly two hours to gain entry. We were advised to use the physical key instead, which was inconvenient. * Furnishings throughout the townhouse are dated and could use updating. * Several door knobs, especially the balcony door and first-floor bedroom door, are rusty and difficult to operate. * The kitchen lacked sufficient cookware upon arrival, and none of the pots had lids. Maintenance delivered replacements the next day. * Only two exterior lights were working when we arrived. Although maintenance fixed them promptly, the lighting remains inadequate compared to neighboring units. The property is showing its age and would benefit from some minor renovations, nee furnishing.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Loved the property, being able to pull right up, and unload and not fight elevators was incredible. So much better than a high rise. The views are just spectacular, comfortable and clean home. Great location. Walk to restaurants, etc.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Costa Del Sol B4- Great location directly one the beach- beds were comfy- easy access to dining, shopping etc. the gulf views were amazing- Communications with Warren Beach Rentals excellent. The home itself is a bit dated BUT CLEAN- for the price for direct ocean front I feel was a great deal- no need for elevator in a crowed condo unit- direct walk out (one flight of steps)to the white sands and not overcrowded! Lack of privacy on the deck due to all town home decks in line with no privacy screen but honestly I still enjoyed my am coffee there anyway!

Stayed Sep 22, 2025Our stay at Costa Del Sol B4 was absolutely wonderful. The property is spacious, spotless, and perfectly set up for families or groups with plenty of beds and bathrooms to give everyone comfort and privacy. The beachfront location is unbeatable—you step right out onto the sand, and the views from the deck are breathtaking morning to night. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the living spaces felt welcoming and cozy. Warren Beach Rentals made the entire process smooth, from booking to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family getaway, and we’re already talking about returning next year.
