The house is in a residential condominium next to Estrada da Ferry, which easily connects the city of Porto Seguro to the district of Arraial d'Ajuda. At 250 meters is the Araçaípe beach with beach huts and restaurants. Also just a few meters away there is bakery with convenience store, shops and restaurants. It is also close to the Eco Park, and the path leading to the center of Arraial where is the charming Mucugê street with numerous shops and restaurants, the Church Square and the lively "Broadway" street.

It is possible to rent cars right at the airport, which makes tourism easier for those who come by plane, since it is unnecessary to take Taxi, which are generally more expensive than renting a car.
