Welcome to Coronado.
A neighborhood that's a true community.
Located in midtown Phoenix, the Coronado neighborhood (often referred to as Greater Coronado) covers over 1-3/4 square miles (just under 1200 acres) and includes around 4,000 households. Three historic districts – Brentwood, Coronado and Country Club Park – make up much of the neighborhood. Hundreds of small businesses thrive on our periphery. Walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.
The western side of Coronado was constructed largely between 1920 and 1930 and reflects the California Bungalow and Spanish Colonial Revival building styles; the northern side is predominantly ranch styles common of the 1940's. Throughout the neighborhood you will find the occasional contemporary infill home. Much of our neighborhood falls within the Phoenix Historic Preservation zoning guidelines.
The Coronado neighborhood is centrally located and has direct access to major freeways, is within close proximity of the Phoenix downtown & central corridor, the “arts district”, the light rail line, and three major hospitals.

WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

This quickly became our home-away-from-home. Spacious, especially the kitchen. Very safe neighborhood, even for walking at night.

Great location for us because we have family in the area. The house is really cute, neat and clean. Has everything we needed and a few extras like popcorn, coffee. It has a couple chairs and table on the front porchand a picnic table and bbq out back.

It is perfectly situated close to downtown as well as other areas we were going to. Large driveway was easy to back a trailer into and the driveway was long enough to fit my truck and trailer. Yard is perfect this time of year. Inside was very clean and very nicely appointed.

Nice clean, easy spot. One problem - not enough light. The primary bedroom does not have enough lighting (that works) there was a lamp but the plug was behind the bed and too difficult to get to. Lighting in the bathroom was not good either. The living room lighting lacked as well. My other critique was the host/cleaning fee they felt high for that space.

The property is very well maintained. The location is great with easy access to almost everything a person would want. A few more dishes in the kitchen is the only thing I would improve.

Great little dog-friendly home in heart of Phoenix' Coronado district. We needed a place close to Phoenix Childrens Hospital. Loved the family-oriented, laid-back neighborhood--neighbors were great & friendly. A couple of blocks to Oak Street Murals which are fabulous. Saw a whole different side of Phoenix--close to neighborhood bistros & restaurants. Also close to the 10 & the 51.

The property was great, huge backyard for dogs if you have them. Contact with property manager was not what is was promised. House did not come with a lot of backup on dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, or laundry soap. The biggest issue was the BBQ in the back. It had a leak in it, which is fairly dangerous. This made the propane run out very quickly. Contacted the property manager with no response...at all. I would highly recommend this property based on location, cleanliness, and the huge backyard. Plan on bringing or buying a lot of the essentials.
