The Space:

Nestled on the edge of the Rockies, our charming Victorian home captures the essence of Colorado's spirit. Just minutes from downtown, this space is meticulously designed for both relaxation and convenience. Recently renovated, the interior boasts clean, airy architecture complemented by dark wood floors and local décor, creating a blend of cozy charm and modern elegance.

Whether you’re grilling, lounging, or soaking in the shared hot tub, it’s an ideal setting to relax and soak in the beauty of Colorado.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the guesthouse and everything in it. Make yourself at home with full use of the kitchen and laundry room. The backyard and hot tub is shared with the main house, which is available to rent via Airbnb should you need more room for friends or family. We will happily offer a discount to guests who would like to book both houses.



Dual Access: This property offers access from both the street and the alley. For your convenience, we recommend reviewing the check-in instructions carefully to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

❄️ Shared Hot Tub Info: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The shared hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
