Cornerstones, Harbour Village House

Cornerstones was a perfect house for our 3 generation family of 10. The property was clean and extremely well equipped throughout. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact, they even left us a huge paddling pool for the grandchildren which really made our holiday in the heatwave! The welcome pack was extensive and gratefully received with lots of nibbles, cakes and drinks. Plus plenty of toilet rolls throughout. We would definitely recommend a stay here, thanks Andrea and Arnie x

Had a fantastic weekend stay. Exceptionally clean the house , bedding ,towels etc , very spacious. Homely with all the things you need like home from home . Would love to come back in the summer.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. The accommodation truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared — from the clear and simple instructions to the spotless, comfortable bedding. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to help with any questions, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

This is a fabulous house: a lovely space, very nicely maintained and with all of the facilities you could want. Arnie and Andrea were great hosts. We didn't meet, but communications were great: friendly, welcoming and clear, and they responded swiftly to our few enquiries. Thank you very much!

A group of middle aged women seeking to catch up with one another. This house was the perfect location and setting for that. Beds all very comfortable and good sizes - excellent equipped kitchen for entertaining and a great lounge for cozy evenings in front of the fire. Host very kindly allowed a slightly earlier check in and check out which helped enormously. Thank you x

Amazing house, more of a home from home - everything you could possibly need. Well equipped kitchen, great kids bits and pieces, attention to detail with all holiday requirements. Comfy beds. Excellent for our family holiday with young children. Lovely garden and close to amenities. Very attentive hosts.

Andrea and Arnie’s property is perfect for a large family holiday . The description listed is spot on. It is really spacious and comfortable. On arrivalIt was absolutely spotless and there was a basket of cakes, tea , ground coffee and milk , which was a lovely touch . There were plenty of toys to occupy our toddlers and a lovely garden with a paddling pool. The beds are comfortable and 2 cots and 2 high chairs were provided for the babies . The bathrooms are nice and clean and the showers are good, good quality towels are provided. The kitchen was very well equipped. Andrea and Arnie responded quickly to a message for restaurant recommendations. We couldn’t fault the property . We are a family of 10 and didn’t feel on top of each other. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would definitely return.

The house is a large, well presented property with bedrooms on ground floor as well as on first floor. Lovely large,comfortable lounge. Kitchen is fantastic with everything you could possibly need with large dining area leading out into a big garden and patio area. There were 12 of us from 6 - 76 and it never felt overcrowded. Perfectly located close to Itchenor and the Witterings. We loved the welcome basket full of lovely cakes and decent coffee. Perfect place to celebrate a big birthday.

Had such a lovely trip with my parents and kids and family friends at this house. it was massive with so many amenities and flexibility as far as who sleeps where with cots and two pull out beds which made it very convenient for kids that kept changing their minds. beautiful grounds and lovely house! thank you so much for all the communication and stay!!

We spent Christmas at Cornerstones and it was absolutely perfect! We had 10 adults and were so impressed with the living space, the photos do not do it justice, plenty of space! The kitchen was well equipped with everything for Christmas. Lovely clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The tv/playroom outside was also a great addition. Location also great - we walked to Chichester Marina and Dell Quay, and had lovely beach walks along bracklesham and the Witterings. I can imagine it would also be a fab summer holiday house! Would definitely recommend

No wood supplied for stove as quoted in listing. House otherwise lovely. For the price would not expect to have to strip beds etc. very clean and warm. Could not open cupboard properly to use chest of drawers in down stairs right twin as tv on wall impeded this. Clock not working. All minor things that did not stop enjoyment of house.

Superbly well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Very clean and spacious. Cosy lounge and log burner. Great location for walks to Marina, bird watching boat trip, West Wittering beach, Golf Club with kids activities, and Chichester. Lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. Couldn’t ask for more!
