A full kitchen provides space to prepare meals, complemented by a dining table for shared meals or a relaxed morning coffee.

Bathroom & laundry
The home includes a full bathroom with a bathtub and bathroom essentials, along with a washer and dryer for convenience during longer stays.

Outdoor space
Step outside to a patio or balcony for a breath of fresh air. This is renting just the upstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the downstairs unit.

Property details
Set on Cordova Street, this upstairs duplex offers a fully separate living space with its own private entrance. Each property has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside. Each unit sleeps 4, or if renting the entire property (Cordova A+B) then it sleeps 8.

Guests have access to Wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, free parking on premises, and self check-in with a keypad.

Neighborhood
Located in the heart of St. Augustine’s historic district, you are within walking distance of Castillo de San Marcos, local restaurants, and charming city streets. This is a no pet friendly property.
