Stayed Feb 8, 2025The property is BEAUTIFUL, it is a 30 minute drive from the main road, but the seclusion was exactly what we wanted. They gave us plenty of water for eating and to take hiking. The bedrooms and bathroom were great. Comfortable and inviting.

Stayed Jan 2, 2025We stayed in Corazones Draw ranch for 3 days while visiting Big Bend National park. The ranch is very quiet, one can not hear other humans. You can enjoy clear and beautiful night sky and views of Chihahuan desert. The last mile or so of the road to ranch is pretty rough but very driveable (we had a four-wheel drive). It takes about hour and a half to get from the ranch to Big Bend. We were five people and there was sufficient space for all of us. Hosts provide drinking water and wifi.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024This property is definitely out of the way so be prepared! One couple on our trip had a jeep renegade and were a little worried but ultimately had no problems. Anything smaller than that may have trouble. The mobile home itself is a little outdated and not as spacious as it looks in the pictures but overall it served its purpose. Plumbing and ac were great. The sun room and game room were a little too dusty for me to be in but are nice additions. The owners are very responsive and willing to help out if you need anything. Bbq pit and the fire pit definitely came in handy and were put to use every night. The stars out there are incredible and unlike anything I’ve ever seen, off that alone I would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023If your looking for a remote place to unplug and rest your head in between Big Bend adventures, this is it! The house had all the accommodations we needed. We traveled with my family of five and our friends, a family of three. We stayed in the main house, plenty of comfy beds for our family. The casita acclimated my friends family well. One thing we loved was NO TV’s! We drove out everyday to explore BB and near by towns, and came back for sunsets, sleep and beautiful sunrises. The star gazing was magnificent. Bring your telescope if you want but you don’t have to have one to enjoy that kind of sky. There is NO cell phone signal close to the property, so be sure to find it in the day light the first time if you can. The road to the casita is steep and is a dirt/rock road but completely doable in a midsize suv. We would definitely stay at the Corazones ranch again!

Stayed Apr 19, 2023We were in the area mainly for night photography and this property was perfect. It was in a really secluded valley north of Terlingua and at night we could literally not see another light in any direction. It was perfect for us. It was definitely a longer drive to get back to Terlingua but we just planned out day to only go out once a day. It was worth the extra drive. The view from the Casita was the perfect spot for watching sunsets.
