I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and location were great however the house needs some maintenance. Some of the drawers in the kitchen do not open properly. The bathroom tiles in the first bathroom need repair. The tiles sink in and are loose. There's also construction nearby and there is a lot of noise. They were even doing construction on Sunday. However the convenience of early check in and late check out is great. There was an issue with the septic tank alarm going off and they were very prompt in responding and very nice.

The dead one when we arrived in the corner in the dining room suggested that the room hadn't been swept prior to our arrival. The live one in our laundry was a shocking surprise.We were warned not to park on the property, due to loose sand, so we had to park out on the streetliving room wasn't swept before arrivalsub floor in bathroom feels like I'm going to fall throughWe stayed 4 nights. Stayed Mar 12, 2025House was very nice, large, clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Kind of tricky figuring out lights/switches. And a big accumulation of sand in driveway, could easily get stuck. Also, coded locks would be so much more convenient than a key.

Reviewer Comments: My husband, brother and his wife have stayed at Cool Breeze several times, and we love it! We appereciate the professionalism of the staff at Cobb Realty also. The last day as we were leaving, it looked like there was a leak under the kitchen sink. It must have just started because we never noticed any leaking before. Other than was perfect!
