Beachfront Home! Steps from the Gulf of America! Quiet end of the peninsula!

Great communication with the owner. Very reasonable price for off season. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was easy to cook in, living room was spacious and beds were reasonably comfortable. The view from the front porch was the selling point. Walks on the beach are a must. We’ll definitely rent again.

We always love our stay at this house. The only thing this year was the internet wifi was down and no access to restart the router and the external antenna outside had fallen so we couldn’t use any tv or WiFi

Every year we get away for Christmas for 4 to 5 nights… This place is not disappoint! The peace and serenity from the beachfront balcony to the serene and beachy decor inside the house… It was a perfect touch! Comfortable accommodations and wonderful seating on the deck made this a perfect Christmas getaway!

Traveling as a single mom with three kids, for one last quick hurrah down at the beach before winter time, this was a fantastic house, we absolutely loved every minute of being able to stay right on the beach. We sat on the deck at night and listen to the waves, One of my kids fell asleep in my lap while we were watching the stars. It was so peaceful and perfect.The location was fantastic. The beach was very quiet. We had so much of it all to ourselves. The owner was great at communicating with us, check-in was super easy checkout was really easy. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer too… It was a fantastic long weekend for us. Thank you so much for having us in your beautiful home. We Plan on booking again.

Great response time from the owner! We were even given access to check-in early. As advertised, the house was on the beach, with beautiful views! The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitley consider staying here again.

We’ve rented here for a girls weekend the last two years and already planning the 3rd year. Our annual girls trip is something we always look forward to and this rental has been great for our group.

The house was very clean and got very cold! We absolutely LOVED it!!! We walk out and there is the beach. We will be staying again. Communication was great.

The owner was great! Got back to us quickly. The home is super comfortable and has everything we needed. Came fully nicely stocked with several extra essentials. The location is awesome. So close to the beach and it was never crowded, even on spring break. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, house size and layout perfect. Everything was wonderful. Only downside was that the whole house moved when you were walking around. A friend with motion sickness had to leave. It was kinda odd. Never had it like that before and we have rented a lot in bolivar and Galveston.

Excellent location with excellent amenities. Home away from home. Just down street from wedding venue which was perfect for us. Although we were just a couple in town for a wedding, this property is also perfect for a family or two. Plenty of room and bed options. Lots of games for the kids and deck has secure gate so no worries with the little ones getting away. Being right on the beach was a huge plus too. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Great stay! The porch and location is the best!

This was the second stay in this house. We came in 2022 and again this year. All three of our sons were able to come with their wives and kids. There were 12 of us and I was apprehensive how that would work out. Last time there was only six. I was very pleasantly surprised that we were never overcrowded even at bedtime. The deck is perfect as it overlooks the gulf. Getting down to the water is easy enough that our 3 year old grandson and my 74 year old body could make it. You won’t be disappointed but don’t you dare schedule when we try to book next summer.

We love the location of this sweet beach house. It is easy to relax on the covered deck and enjoy the scenery. We loved the layout of the kitchen and living room. It makes it easy to spread out but still enjoy each other's company. This is our second time visiting and we hope there are many more in our future.

We had an AMAZING time! Everything was perfect! Right in the beach like we wanted, house was just juat perfect for us! We all had a great time and the kids did not want to leave! We will forsure be back!
