Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cookie is on the North End and is a great home and location if you love a quiet and beautiful place. The view is phenomenal overlooking the Atlantic and a short walk to the Sea of Abaco. The kitchen is well equipped and we love the deck and outside space. We reported a light out in one bathroom. It would be nice to replace the grill. Overall, it’s a fabulous rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at Cookie on the Rocks. The North end of Abaco is quiet and laidback. Just what we wanted! The house is beautiful and well appointed with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and sheets. The kitchen is equipped to cook with plenty of kitchen utensil and cookware. We had a good experience getting groceries delivered before we arrived through Sunkiss Priovisioning (). It was worth the provisioning fee because when we arrived in the afternoon we didn’t have to go grocery shopping and could relax and enjoy the views. We ordered water through celestial water () and had a 7 gallon container of drinking water delivered. (I would have done this ahead of time if I had known about it. Also we didn’t have to use a bunch of plastic single use bottles). Celestial picked up their container at the end of our week and issued a container refund. In the house instructions, it does say you can drink the water, but warns for some it may upset their stomachs. We decided to play it safe and order water. There is a coffee machine and a French press for coffee people (like me). Coffee selection is minimal(think Folgers) at the grocery stores (Vernon’s and LVA convenience) so if you like good coffee you might consider bringing your own. We rode our bikes back and forth to Hope Town, which worked out great. We rented them at Hope town Canvas. We rented a boat through Island Marine and moored it at the north end dock. Overall we had a great stay. The house is beautiful. Elbow Cay Properties were great, too. The beach out in the front of the house is turquoise on top of turquoise. I would recommend doing a little stargazing too. A wonderful trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow, this was an amazing beach house. North End, quiet almost private beach. 6 minute golf cart ride to town. Great lush reefs for snorkeling offshore just a couple hundred yards straight out from house. Sunrise over the ocean every morning. Loved the covered outdoor area where we played games every night. Kitchen was well stocked. Air worked great. Generator did cut on once, but we never even noticed the power glitch. When you enter the house your are treated to stunning views anyway you look towards the front. We did get gate keys from Hope town council so that we could access everything at the south end. Loved On Da Beach Bar and really had a great time down at Tahiti Beach, Cuda punch from the Thirsty Cuda pontoon boat beach bar. Capt. Jacks multiple times and fresh baked breads at Vernon's Grocery. Didn't have much luck at Munchies ( they were always out of everything ...). Restock booze at Capt. Jacks Liq/beer store. Hopetown Lighthouse and Hopetown Harbor Inn. My wife and I, along with daughter/husband and 14 year old granddaughter, each had our own bedroom and bathroom. House is spacious as well. Cooked out one night on the grill out back. Found a great beach around the back of the loop on the bay that was great for sunsets. Francois was great on getting us from the dock to the house and back for our departure. We all hate we had to leave at the end of our vacation. Really gets under your skin. Loved the beach just steps away and we loved the little perch halfway down the steps with the bench. Unbelievable, amazing, relaxing and very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have asked for a more hospitable company to work with for our vacation. They were great for all of the accommodations with getting from the ferry to the house and back on departure. They were very prompt in response to all emails and phone call messages left. The house is on the North End and has a beautiful view and almost seems like a private beach. The house is full of supplies for cooking, beach towels galore, bug spray, and so much more for the best vacation ever. We loved the North end of the island because it was quiet. We had plenty of hot water and water supply. The view is a beautiful sunrise each morning. We used Marsh Harbor for grocery delivery and the house was fully stocked when we got to the house. The property was very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this house and Elbow Cay Properties to anyone wanting great customer service and great rental property. Our golf carts were delivered to the house waiting on our arrival. The best food we ate was at Abaco Inn at the south end of the island. The best drinks we had were from Captain Jacks. We rented a boat from Blue Wave Boat Rental off Marsh Harbor. We used the north end public dock boat slips. The coffee maker in the house is coffee ground and not k-cup but it worked out fine - just wanted to let everyone know who is reading this review. The ice was equipped with several ice trays and we kept them going pouring ice into bowls in the freezer for ice supply. The only thing I can think of the house may need are beach chairs to take to the beach but other than that it was fully equipped and stocked!! The layout of the house is wonderful!!! This was by far one of the best vacations. The locals are very nice and helpful!! We never met a rude person and loved our stay!!! Please take advantage of the info list on the Elbow Cay Rental web site!! Also, you will need a gate key from the Town Council office. We plan to vacation on Elbow Cay more in the future!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the spot: beautiful gardens create privacy. The extra bedrooms are perfect when we have guests. Only suggestions: I realize everyone is not as respectful of property like we are, but a couple beach chairs and lounges would be nice. I realize the need to protect from erosion, but we had a worker there shoveling sand on the beach every day we were there, although he tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. But overall, great! We plan on coming back. We really appreciated Cliona bring the chairs and lounges. Thank you.

Great location, well taken care of, private, and fabulous kitchen accessories for those that eat a lot at home. Will be coming back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in May at Cookie On The Rocks. The house was well appointed and you could not beat the view or beach location. The only thing we wished we had known in advance was that a key was needed for a gate at that end of the island in order to access the property. It was a little hectic trying to track down the person who held the keys on the island but it all worked out! We look forward to returning to Elbow and staying at Cookie On The Rocks again!

Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to entertain. Two detached bedrooms make everyone feel like they have their own house. House is very clean, very well kept, and the rental company is very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd visit to Cookie and we will be back again! The house is Perfect for 5, Plenty spacious, well laid out and comfortable. We really like the location in the Abacos, close enough to town (with a cart) and North Dock makes it easy to access a rental boat to go north or south.
