The house has been renovated while keeping its original charm. Decorated nicely with Coastal decor. Kitchen is well stocked to have a family dinner after a long day out enjoying one of Corpus beaches. Plenty of walking,biking, fishing and park activities nearby.
The home is a 5 minute drive to downtown CC Marina, Restaurant’s & Nightlife.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025House was clean and cozy, centralized location for beaches and Mustang Island. Restaurants near by, we tried Mama Mia’s Pizzaria, it was fantastic!

Stayed Jun 9, 2024The cottage was perfect for our stay in Corpus. It is a few blocks from the beach and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was extremely clean and smelled amazing! Our family was pleased with the accomodations. The cottage did not have a dishwasher but that really wasnt a biggie - as we didn't prepare food at the cottage just take out so it was an easy clean up. We will stay here again when we return to Corpus to visit family.
