Stayed Aug 13, 2023This home was perfect for our needs. Our work team needed a central location for 5 weeks during the summer. The home was clean, well - appointed and the perfect location for 60 minute travel times to the different cities we were servicing. We are so happy to have found this spot and will be back for next summer to enjoy the quiet street, deer sitings in the mornings and back porch evenings.

Stayed Jun 18, 2020We had a great time here for my sisters' bachelorette party. The back deck and yard were perfect for hanging out and playing yard games. The house was surprisingly spacious as well. The only thing that would have made it better was if it was a little closer to downtown, but we were able to get ubers, even though there were long wait times because there aren't an abundance of drivers in TC.

Stayed Jul 8, 2020Overall a good visit. Within 10 to15 minutes to most places in Traverse City. Easy access and less than an hour to places like Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, Old Mission Peninsula, cherry picking. Rental property was clean and very nice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at this property 4th of July weekend and it was great! Exactly as described, only a mile walk to the water. Very spacious for large groups, nice backyard with fire pit and deck. Plenty of towels and check in process was extremely smooth. Highly recommend; would love to come back and stay here!

Stayed Sep 5, 2019The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. A short drive to all the activities you planned for in Traverse City (Wine tasting, water sports, or just strolling downtown). I would stay here again and recommend to anyone that has a large group.

Stayed Jul 3, 2019This is a lovely, very comfortable, well-appointed home. We spent a magical 4th of July weekend there with two couples and 5 young kids. The deck and backyard were perfect for fun evening grilling and games. It faces a busy road but is set far enough back that it wasn’t too troublesome. It’s a short drive into TC. All together a great place.
