Great place! The owner obviously cares about the guest experience and is a pro. Quality mattresses, hotel quality linens and bedding. Easy on and off I43 so convenient to everything in Green Bay. Kitchen stocked with everything needed. Owner is VERY communicative. Not once did anyone in our group say I wish this place had . . . 100% recommend this property!!

Excellent house from top to bottom. Well stocked with every liveable that you could think of…..just bring your food and it’s like you live there. Nice clean furniture and comfortable beds and great linens.

Everything about my stay was great! Just as advertised. I thought it was a great value for visiting Door County and Green Bay. My biggest complaint is that verbose website is not for a user friendly when it comes to Communications between me and the host. Other than that I thought my stay and the host were great!

Clean, well provided with amenities

Beautifully decorated and spacious townhome. My Son and I came in for a Packer Game. Easy access to and from Lambeau Field and surrounding areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds super comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to I-43. Would highly recommend this property.

We had an enjoyable stay at Rick’s rental property in Green Bay. We found the house to be spacious, clean, and well equipped. The house is in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the attractions in the area.

Excellent house with plenty of amenities

Stayed with 2 other friends. We are all retired ladies. All had our own bedrooms. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Very clean. Great location. Wonderful nearby bakery, a Starbucks and a Culvers. Would definitely stay here again. Great instructions and communication with host.

Lovely stay. Kitchen is stocked with cookware. The entire stay was superb.

6 of us 40 yr old women enjoyed our annual relaxing weekend dedicated to reading and being stress free. This house was quaint and sufficient to our needs. We enjoyed joint meals made easily in the kitchen and reading by the warm fire on the comfy living room furniture. The Bluetooth table was quite the conversation piece! Thank you!

The communication made this experience pleasant. One amenity that was inaccurate was the dinning table seating 8. We used this location for Thanksgiving. The table actually held 6 people and we had 7 so it did make our meals awkward. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location.

Exactly what we needed for a small family staying in GB for purposes of going to the big games.

I have stayed at different properties of this host on several occasions now and I always have a wonderful experience. The units are clean, well stocked and homey. The neighborhood is quiet. I normally am in Green Bay for work training or continuing education and it is nice coming back to any of these units to relax for the evening. Highly recommend!

Our family (myself, my husband, and our two younger sons--12 and 16) stayed at this lovely place while visiting our son, who is a freshman swimmer at UWGB. The place was perfect for all of us--very clean, plenty of bedrooms, incredibly comfy beds, a great kitchen to prep meals, and washer/dryer to come home with clean clothes. We were less than 10 minutes from campus, which made catching our son's swim meets, and picking him up for famiy time a breeze. We also found great easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and all other necessities in close proximity to the rental. Great stay. We will definitely book the same accommodations on our next trip to Green Bay!

Weekend stay, meeting friends for GB game. Place is well maintained with plenty of room for three guys. Kitchen and living room had ample room to entertain. Unlike other places, beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet with a park nearby. Recommend.
