Stayed Jul 10, 2023I had an enjoyable stay at this property! The home is comfortable and cozy and well cared for. The sunporch is a great place to sit in the mornings with coffee and watch the deer walk by. Serge was very responsive and accommodating. He set up a desk for me in the sitting room on the first floor, which I was able to use as an office during my stay. Greentree Park is within walking distance and has a nice walking track and a farmers market on Thursday afternoons. Walkable distance down the street is an ice cream stand. I’d recommend this property either for a long term or short term rental!

Stayed Jun 1, 2021I will be staying at this property again. The host was Very quick to respond to any questions, close to everything, deer in the yard every evening, quiet neighborhood. Just an all around great place to stay!!!!!

Stayed Feb 7, 2021Cozy, clean, and comfortable. In quiet residential neighborhood with a wooded hillside for a backyard. Nice glassed in side deck would be perfect for hanging out on in spring through the fall.
