Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in Preston to go snowmobiling...this place was a perfect location for us...good parking for truck and trailer. Super cozy, newly remodeled home. We hope its available the next time we come back to ride, and we WILL be back, Preston had some stellar snow!!

Stayed Sep 2, 2023Old and freshly renovated. Clean. Pictures ate representative of home. No dishwasher. Stair access for both doors and basement. Large folks may find toilet access a struggle

Stayed Sep 15, 2022I needed a place to stay for a weekend externship for school and found this little house. The location was right near town, 10 minutes from my externship. I will say there is only 1 bathroom and its on the main floor. It was just me and my mom so we only used the upstairs. The basement was pretty baren, a couple of couches and a bed. The upstairs was mostly renovated but you can tell its a very old home. My only real suggestion for the space is to upgrade the second bedroom to a larger bed then just a twin. There is plenty of space in there and if kids are staying there, they'd likely be downstairs. I did contact the property manager when I booked about bringing dogs and they didn't respond until the day before I left. I had figured out a back up plan by that. They also have no dishwasher and asked to keep dishes clean but there was no dish soap anywhere. I texted and the only response I got was downstairs. There was no soap. I had to buy some just to wash dishes. It was a little odd but there was also eggs and random stuff in the freezer when we got there. The driveway was very narrow and shared so I just parked on the street. My mom hung out for the weekend and enjoyed the tv set up. The couches are comfortable, with high backs. Overall, I'd recommend this property but know its a much older home than the photos show.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022The home is better than the pictures! Communication with the the property manager was excellent. I was given check in instructions more than a week in advance. Check in was easy The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The internet was super fast. Was able to work a few days and zoom meetings were excellent. Very nice neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in preston. We saw all the napoleon dynamite sites. You must check out Gabby’s bakery box. Excellent stay in every way!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening. It was close to everything. The host was great.
