RENTAL RULES


SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.


VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area, not on the lawn and adjacent properties.


OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.


PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.


APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.

CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.


INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.


CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.


PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED.


CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4:00 P.M. unless arrangements have been made prior to arrival. Check out time is no later than 11:00 A.M.

    This condo was perfect for us. We have 3 generations of skiers get together from across the country each year. This condo worked well. Plenty of space and right on an access run to the base and lifts A & B. Plenty of sleeping. Our one problem was that we couldn't regulate the heat and we were all often over heated. It would have been nice to have a bathroom in the master bedroom but that wasn't a big issue. Access to the hill was the biggest plus!

    The unit is right above the Kettlebrook trail so you can ski from the porch right down to the A/B quad. You can also ski back to the stairs which lead back up to the porch. The unit is clean, spacious and well decorated.Heating is very tricky to get right. It's either cold or stifling. And the fireplace makes the unit smell. If these items were addressed I would definitely return.

    Really great spot for family ski in/out at Okemo. Would definitely recommend. Only detraction was one bedroom had no blinds installed on windows and light pours in all night. Had to hang towels for privacy. Otherwise great place, really like this mgmt company. I’m sure they’ll fix this minor repair quickly.

    This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this unit. We love the easiness of accessing the slopes and getting back. I believe the unit is now under different management, which has been a positive. There have been updates to the unit (replaced rugs) and feels cleaner than the previous year. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. I know my family and I will be again next year!

    The condo worked very well for our group. Two families with 3 teens. The two levels allowed us to spread out but the main living room was large enough for us to all come together for board games and TV viewing. This was important since we had rain for most of our stay. The rain also took away the ski in/ski out option due to no snow near Kettlebrook. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals. The only issues were the limited paper supplies for the bathroom and kitchen. Overall, very comfortable and enjoyed by all.
