CONVENIENCE WITH A VIEW!

Nice convenient location. Had a problem with the washer but Tom was right on it! Great host, very helpful!

Check in and out was easy and location was good. House was quite creaky, particularly the stairs going up to the two bedrooms. It didn’t seem to bother sleeping kids much, but we used sound machines.

Great location to experience Juneau. Clean home comfortable beds, beautiful view from the back deck. My only complaint would be that the living room chairs aren’t comfortable for very long. The kitchen Could use a few updates, but overall very good experience. I would stay there again.

Terrific central location in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Clean, with a well appointed kitchen, and spacious for the four of us. We chose to stay here following a week-long cruise in July. Five minute drive from the airport. Ten minute drive into downtown Juneau, or Mendenhall Glacier. We really enjoyed the deck where we could watch eagles soar and the sea planes land on the water runway. We'd never seen berries so large on the backyard shrubs. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Just as advertised. Spotlessly clean, quiet and peaceful, convenient to the city if you have a car. Nice view of the channel and the Chilkat mountains, as well. We will come back again!

Everything was as described. Weather wasn't great but the area is beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay.

The house is compact and quite cozy. Just the right size. We had 4 people. One person stayed on the futon couch bed. The location is right in the middle of every location you want to go to. The residential street is quiet and the neighbors were also quiet. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen is also just the right size. The only thing that we noticed is that the upstairs flooring is very noisy. When you walk upstairs, people in the house can hear the floors creaking. Also the toilets are fragile. Just flush a lot when using. Overall a great house to come home to after we went adventuring.

Vanderbilt Hill is a great location - quiet neighborhood, lovely view from the deck chairs and mountain views in multiple directions. Kitchen was usefully stocked for cooking dinners. Easy parking for our rental car. It's a little dated, hard wood floors and beds a little creaky, but plenty clean and functional for our family (parents visiting their 2 adult kids working in Juneau who stayed with us during our visit). No issues.

Beautiful views and close to everything we wanted to see / do! Perfect for our family trip and would recommend to anyone visiting Juneau!

This home is in the perfect location—a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown, walking trails, a great park, and more! We loved the location, as we were able to get in and out to adventure around with no issues. There are three bedrooms and a comfy futon in the living room. The view is perfect for sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. We had a great time and would recommend it to others.
