Welcomed by owners of house who showed us around their home and property. Everything is like brand new. Enjoyed my walks around the friendly neighborhood and my husband golfed at a few different courses within a 10- mile radius. Lots of restaurants and shopping around the area, super close to freeway access. Stayed for a month and look forward to 2 months next year.

What a great time we had in Rancho Bernardo. This vacation rental home was spotless and truly beautiful inside and out. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that San Diego has to offer. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this property.

We have been coming to stay in the RB/Poway area for the month of February for several years. Every year, we hope to find a place that we want to keep coming back to. Our search is over. Eric has done superb work in turning the house and yard into a very comfortable and inviting place to stay. We put a premium on quiet, and this neighborhood is serene and peaceful. The house is finely furnished and Eric's excellent craftsmanship is displayed throughout it. Thank you, Eric, for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

I was impressed. This house just been remodeled. Everything is new and very well designed. I didn’t need anything - dishes, towels, even laundry detergent were already prepared. I only bought food. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!
