Contemporary Traditional w/ Pool, Wet Bar and Pool Table

The house and property worked wonderful for our family. But, all the burners on the stove didn't work, the dishwasher needs to be secured to the wall. It wabbles. When a renter leaves, should check to see if there is still soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper. We did not know how to use the TV. The coffee pot was tricky. You should note that the house isn't handicap ready. No ramp and the steps at the patio has no hand rail. We enjoyed our stay. Will recommend.

Loved the pool and sleeping arrangements. All kids fit downstairs and adults upstairs- perfect! We used the grill and kitchen and it had everything we needed.

We booked this house to celebrate two friends’ birthdays and enjoy some pool time. On the day of our arrival I received notice that the pool would not be open. Many arrived with floaties and swimming suits only to discover the pool grimy and disgusting. Host said it was open June to September though it does not specify those dates anywhere in the description. We stayed May 30-June 1. Host would not work with us to make it right stating that I had ample time to ask about the pool, but given the home’s description and the Kennewick weather why would I? We were all very disappointed.

We were in Tri-Cities for a family birthday trip. The house was just as described, plenty of room for everyone, wonderful amenities and even had a full mini-pickle-pong tournament! Host was extremely responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful back yard. This was our 2nd stay at this property and we will always choose this home when we stay in the Tri-Cities.

This property was great for our family to stay in to attend a wedding in the Tri-cities. Lots of space to spread out and the pool table/ping pong table was great for teens. If we would have had time the pool would have been nice to use also.

The instructions for arrival were very clear. The house was incredibly clean. The four bedrooms and large living space provided ample room for our group of friends. Would recommend.

Worked out well for my family to stay in while attending concert.

Loved the pool. Everything was so clean. Very comfortable. Our family has stayed there twice now and had a blast. The kids loved playing pool/ping pong downstairs

This house was situated in a perfect location for us to visit with family in the area. It's located very close to several restaurants and grocery stores. The house was very clean and had lots of room for our family, the kids loved the pool! The hosts were wonderful to work with.

We thought the house was cute and clean— the only big downside was the pool was not clean when we arrived. The hosts got on it and had a pool cleaner out the next day. The problem was our grandkids didn’t get to use the pool Friday or Saturday until after the repair. The pool was the biggest selling point for us choosing the home, so that was frustrating.

We were there for a baseball tourney. The location was perfect for everything needed. Thank You!

We stayed two weekends in a row for baseball; 5 Families in total. It accommodated us all and is conveniently located to stores, restaurants and ball fields.

A group of 4 of us were in the Tri-Cities for a conference. Location was great. Home was great, a little older but updated. Downstairs theater and bar is a great hang out. Pool wasn't open but the outside area was great for a drink and reflecting on our classes.
