Loved this home, we have been coming to OGT for 12 or 13 years now and there are 2 homes that are favorites. One is on Black Boar drive and this one. This year we brought more family and needed more space. Downstairs living area was spacious and having the master suite there was convenient for us, we are in our 70’s. We all walked into town every day and to the beach as well. We used the large table for puzzles, scarcely watched tv at all.
Great house great location.
This home has everything you would wish for to complete an incredible vacation in Maine! There is plenty of space for everyone and all the details to make you feel at home. My family has been staying here for the past 5 years and have been impressed with the property and the upgrades the owner has done during this time! We look forward to many more summer stays!
This house is just perfect for my family vacation place. Big enough for all of us to be comfortable and such a close distance to the downtown. You’re close but far enough to be enable to have some quiet time too. Would recommend this house to anyone who loves the coast of Maine!
Two couples, 6 six kids. First off, the owner, Paul, is an excellent host and communicates well. The home is on a dead end, so the kids road razors(provided by Paul) in the street with no worries. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktail in the evening in the Adirondack chairs in the front lawn. With beach chairs loaded up in a beach cart (provided by Paul), we made the easy walk through Ogunquit to the beach, 3/4 mile. The hardest part of the walk to the beach was passing 3 ice cream places with 6 kids! The house is clean and new. Plenty of kitchen supplies to eat in. The dining room table allowed all of us to sit together for dinner. The kids enjoyed the den, but there was a second TV up stairs in the “boys” room so the kids could watch a movie while the adults chatted and lounged in the den with the ambiance of the gas fireplace. The boys room had a pull out sofa, so the 4 boys shared that room. There was a super cute nook off the hall with two beds for the girls with pocket doors. Then two large rooms for the adults, the first floor room with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The upstairs rooms shared a sizable bathroom. Definitely going to book again when we return to Ogunquit in the future.
Beautiful and comfortable house, private location at end of quiet street. Nice layout with bedrooms separated from one another, and great sleeping loft for the kids. Easy walk to town of Ogunquit and the (amazing) beach. Great place to spend the week!
The house was very well stocked with everything we neededand the owner was very responsive.
Clean and spacious! One down fall to the property is there wasn’t an outdoor patio space in the back, big enough for the entire family, but we were able to use the front door area to accommodate everyone!
Thank you Paul, our stay at your beautiful home was great! This was our first family trip in over 30 years. Home is beautiful, clean, and plenty of room for the entire family. In a quiet neighborhood with in walking distance to town and the beach. Short drive to local restaurants. Paul was available for any questions my family had. Wonderful stay thank you again look forward to future stays.
We had a wonderful stay in Maine at this property. The owner keeps the home maticulous and there is plenty of room. Even though the home is located close to other properties you still feel secluded from others. Home was in walking distance to downtown Ogunquit and the beach. Plenty of restaurants and things to do as a couple or with the family. If you are looking for a quiet street and a great property for your Maine vacation I would definitely recommend this place; it does not disappoint!
